Greetings.

It is my great pleasure to write this recommendation for Thomas Lane. I have known Tom since the 1970s. I have worked with Tom over the years while I was an investigator conducting DOT audits and inspections for the Az. Dept. of Public Safety and the USDOT/FMCSA. At that time Tom owned a trucking company in Phoenix, Az. After I retired from DPS and started working for HDS Safety Services I continued to serve as a consultant for Tom in his trucking business. Tom was always up on his compliance with the federal regulations and the Safety or Compliance Audits were satisfactory.His overall knowledge of DOT/FMCSA and the proaction to any conditions within his company was above most owners that I have ever investigated or had the pleasure of knowing. His overall outlook was to go beyond compliance and succeed in his company.
