Led by junior Davis Hamm’s 86, Jersey was a comfortable third at Lake-shore to earn the final berth to next Monday’s Class 2A sectional at Charles-ton Country Club. Crimsons sophomore Brady Kaufmann repeated as a regional medal-ist with a 75, besting junior teammate Aydin Folker’s 76 by one stroke. They

were the only two golfers to break 80.Behind Hamm’s 86, the Panthers

Roxana senior Matt Marcuzzo topped those 10 at-large golfers with an 85, while his Shells’ freshman teammate Jackson Harris claimed a berth as one of five at the cut of 95.

East Alton-Wood River sophomore Carson Reef advanced with a 93, while Civic Memorial sends a pair of quali-fiers to the sectional with sophomores Nick Williams and Jake Cheatham both at 95.

Collinsville Class 3A Regional – While Edwardsville and O’Fallon tied for the Southwestern Conference title – pending a decision otherwise from league ADs – the Tigers liked their tie-break at Arlington Greens Golf Club.

five with Hayden Moore in fourth at 75 and Trevor Laub fifth at 77. Tyler Jan-son’s 84 also scored for Edwardsville.
