Newaygo County- Maintenance Worker IINewaygo County is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Maintenance Worker II. The successful candidate will perform maintenance and repair duties within the Newaygo County Jail and the Commission on Aging Department. Assists in the operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, and mechanical systems, performs grounds maintenance care and will be required to operate a truck with a snow plow. Requires high school graduate or equivalent and one to two years of building maintenance experience. Additional trade experience in construction, plumbing, and electrical is preferred. This position is full-time with a full benefits package. The hourly pay range is $14.92-$17.56.
