1 Marketing Your Tampa Event/Announcement to STUDENTS Do you have an USF event or program open to all students that you would like to market to the USF Tampa campus? If you are an official USF student organization, department, or college, there are numerous tools available. [Non-campus entities are restricted from commercial solicitation on campus with the exception of participation in Bull Market (http://msc.usf.edu/bullmarket.php) and Oracle advertising (http://www.usforacle.com/).] This helpful list outlines the various vehicles campus entities may utilize to market to USF Bulls. Note-A-Bull News (free) o E-newsletter (archive: http://ctr.usf.edu/enews/ ) e-mailed to every Tampa USF student weekly on Friday; includes events for the coming week o Submissions are due by the end of the business day on Tuesday preceding the desired issue (you can submit in advance of your event/announcement) o Online submission at www.sa.usf.edu/progo Student Events Calendar (free) o Online calendar (http://www.sa.usf.edu) for all events; also feeds online calendars on several Student Affairs departmental Websites o Submissions should be made at least one (1) week before your event—the earlier the better! o Online submission at www.sa.usf.edu/progo BullSync (free) o Official student organization management system, managed by the Center for Leadership & Civic Engagement o Official student organizations and certain Student Affairs departments can post events and announcements in a variety of ways (calendar, page post, etc.) to share with other student organizations and anyone with a USF Net ID at www.usf.edu/bullsync. o University departments or colleges not registered in Bull Sync, may submit a request to promote an event by completing the Advertising for Departments form at https://orgsync.com/88073/forms/135642. (You will be prompted to sign in first using your USF Net ID.)
