D&H is positioned in a unique opportunity to take charge of the sys-tem builder market in North America through our newly-formed Components Business Unit, created to unite our components sales & marketing strategy covering enterprise, gaming, work-station, and government sales. This program will propel your solutions in front of our partners through deliberate marketing and live event engagement that focuses on new products and popular offerings in the workstation, enterprise, gaming, and government sales space. D&H is prepared to support system builders, integrators, white box builders, OEMs, contract manu-facturers, and resellers as they adapt and take advantage of cur-rent industry changes and trends. We define this opportunity within five pillars in which vendor partners have the opportunity to appear based on their unique specializations. EsportsAfter a year focused on Esports in the education space, D&H has increased our Esports and gaming sales more than $100 million year over year and has established 150+ Esports leads in education for our resellers. For 2022, D&H will continue focus on the K12 and Collegiate markets. Driven by our partnerships with the High School Esports League and Generation Esports, D&H is now driving to create a robust North American Esports landscape with an outreach to collegiate associations and rec-reational Esports efforts. Participating in the Esports program at D&H is crucial to building a pipeline of new opportunity for your business as D&H has become the go-to distributor for Esports solutions in education. Furthermore, the D&H opportunity tran-scends gaming equipment alone as we create additional cross-sell opportunities within the ProAV market. Premier Vendors Program Vendors

ProAV & CollaborationProAV and Collaboration is expected to grow globally to $412B by 2027, and accounted for $110M at D&H in FY21. With such a large market opportunity, and fueled by the increases in demand for collaboration solutions to accommodate remote learning and hybrid workforce and education solutions, D&H ProAV and Collaboration is expected to more than double in revenue for FY22. The integrated ProAV and Collaboration pro-gram blends strategy with tactical execution to amplify reseller awareness of vendor offerings through digital marketing, part-ner events, and channel community alliances. Program market-ing deliverables and assets will be designed to drive, educate, engage, and incentivize both the D&H sales teams and reseller partners to help grow our ProAV and Collaboration business. Flexible WorkspaceAs pandemic concerns fade, business professionals are find-ing workplace equilibrium with flexible workspace solutions. Employees benefit from better work/life balance and employ-ers recognize reduced office expenses. Flex-space solutions, however, bring on challenges. Greater flexibility and mobility lead to security gaps and limited ability for IT support to identify suspicious activity and potential data breeches. With a num-ber of flexible workspace options it may be difficult to find the best solution that fits end customers’ needs while keeping their technology investments and company information safe. Addi-tionally, a survey by PwC showed that 87% of employees say their top-rated need for the office is collaborating with team members and building relationships. MVP ProgramD&H has recognized our need to diversify our revenue streams and grow our sales with category focused vendors. While Business Unit device sales will always be part of our business, our sights are solidly set on continued growth of vendors in targeted categories as we enter into 2022. Vendors eligible for MVP accounted for $160M in sales to our VAR Customer Base in FY20. Those vendors grew to $244M in FY21, surpassing our goal of $192M in FY21. Participating program vendors grew a combined 14% FY over FY. Eligible vendors have a unique opportunity to stand out and be sure to capitalize on this opportunity by participating in MVP. This pro-gram is segmented into four main categories: Print & Peripheral, Components, Security, and Network & Power Required 12-Month Commitment

ASCII (US & Canada) ASCII is a member organization comprised of 1100+ unique businesses who pay a membership fee to join for a myriad of benefits including group pricing, insurance discounts etc. These are smaller businesses who have recently moved from the break-fix model to MSP, or are in the process of doing so. D&H has been a premiere partner for almost 30 years and the ASCII members have voted D&H the Top Broad line Distributor for the past 12 years. They appreciate our focus on SMB and cus-tomer service. ASCII can offer net new and breadth numbers to vendors who want to reach into the SMB community. They are a great way to get feedback for a new product or offer as well. Annual Program Participation

TeamLogic ITTeamLogic IT is a national provider of technology services and solutions for businesses of all kinds. TeamLogic IT fran-chises primarily serve as managed service providers (MSPs) and outsourced IT departments. There are 250+ unique loca-tions across the US and D&H has been their Go-To Distribution Partner since 2019. Each month TeamLogic IT on-boards new franchises and sends their contact info immediately to us. This allows D&H to be their #1 partner right away and to introduce our vendors to them. These owners are often IT professionals that have started their own businesses. The TeamLogic IT HQ staff helps them with the ‘business’ side of things and that is an area we can add some value as well. Annual Program Participation

CMIT SolutionsThe CMIT Solutions team includes more than 900 business leaders and technical staff delivering the best IT support to local businesses across North America. Founded in 1996 by Geor-gia Jones, as an IT training and support provider to individuals, it was in 2008 that embraced the managed service provider model and focused on delivering the best IT support to local businesses. D&H has been a strategic partner to the CMIT fran-chisees since 2019. This is a fast-growing organization of MSP partners. Annual Program Participation

Customer Loyalty ProgramsD&H RISE RewardsRISE is a customer loyalty program that rewards qualified resell-ers with a company credit of $1 for every $200 of participating vendors’ product(s) purchased. Qualifying resellers consist of SMB VAR partners identified for their growth potential. Partici-pants in RISE earn a credit on account for their otherwise non-incentivized purchases from participating vendor(s) and their eligible products. The potential to earn credit may influence the purchasing decision of participating vendor products over non-participating vendors. NEW in 2022! Participating vendors who have products align-ing with the quarterly focus will be able to include SKUs on both the emails and the mini site to help attract resellers to purchase their products. D&H HOME PAGEThe enhanced home page is the entry point for partners visiting the D&H website. On average, the home page is viewed more than 130,000 times per month by more than 22,000 unique users. In 2021, we saw a 6% increase in unique site visitors and 7% increase in page views. Our home page offers high visibility for our manufacturers with a variety of posi-tion and value options. Keeping in line with recent website trends, our updates create a longer, scrolling experience that keeps visitors engaged and allows them to discover useful information related to program opportunities, digital resources, and thought leadership articles.
