Masoom Sparsh’s products are basically in one main category: Baby Care products. Products offer by Masoom Sparsh are: Baby Hair Oil, Baby Soap, Baby Cream, Baby Body Lotion, Baby Massage Oil, Baby Powder, Baby Nappy Pads.

sashes and through mouth publicity. • Also involved in many causes and advertising campaigns that

encourage Baby Changes Things because We Care We Act.

approach”. Seeks to focus insights into innovative new products and whole new

businesses. Management team is group responsible for operations and allocation of

resources. This Committee oversees and coordinates activities of baby product segments.

•WidthOur product Masoom Sparsh has a small and upstart businesses so it does not have a wide product mix. Also it has more start with some basic products and

making efforts to build market share.

Depth Brand Line extension of products will be done by launching these

products in various fragrance & colors. Company has three sizes of baby care products, thus particular brand has a depth of three.

Consistency Masoom Sparsh will be selling the products in retail stores. However,

all the products are of the same nature. Thus the production consistency of these products will not vary much as well.
