FAQs

Do I have to have my campaign page ready to apply? Yes, you will have to include your campaign URL to apply. You have until July 8th to submit your application.

Am I guaranteed to get all the days I apply for? No. The LaunchGood team will review your application and determine if we can accept your campaign for the days you applied for.

How will I find out if I’m accepted?You will get an email with a confirmation of what days you got. Once you accept, we will send you an invoice.

How/when is payment due? Credit or bank transfer by July 15th (Strict deadline).

Can I have more than one spot with a Marketing Package? No, you will only be awarded (1) marketing package per campaign during the challenge. However, if you have more than (1) campaign, each campaign is eligible for (1) marketing package. ( E.g: If your organization has (2) active campaigns, each one can have their own marketing package)

How do features work? Let’s use an example. If you purchase a marketing package on day 5, your campaign will be featured from 7pm ET of day 4 until 7pm ET of day 5.

How do you determine Dhul Hijjah dates? Calculated, based on Fiqh Council of North America. As such;
