The environmental analysis and competitor analysis imply in competitive strategy it is necessary for Treacys to pay attention to the quality of rooms and services and remain a relatively low price. And the analysis also indicates Tracys should focus on differentiation, try to develop market niche, expand advertising and keep up with competitors..
