We have done a lot of things to get ready for our Gospel Meeting that is coming up in two weeks. Flyers advertising our meeting were printed several weeks ago and given to all the members. So what else can we do to be ready for our Gospel Meeting? PRAY Thats right. Pray about our meeng. Pray that people are aenve to the lessons Brother Jones will bring. Pray that we all will have open hearts to re- ceive the word of God preached. Pray that erring Chrisans will come and be con- victed by the Gospel and return to their first love. Pray that lost souls will come and hear the Gospel proclaimed and be converted to Jesus Christ. BRING Bring a Chrisan spirit and an open mind. MARK’S MESSAGE

ARE WE READY FOR OUR GOSPEL MEETING? We have done a lot of things to get ready for our Gospel Meeting that is coming up in

two weeks. Flyers advertising our meeting were printed several weeks ago and given to

all the members. Flyers were also mailed out to all the area congregations and asked to

announce it to their members. Social media and word of mouth advertising has also been

done. So what else can we do to be ready for our Gospel Meeting?

PRAY – That’s right. Pray about our meeting. Pray that people are attentive to

the lessons Brother Jones will bring. Pray that we all will have open hearts to re-

ceive the word of God preached. Pray that erring Christians will come and be con-

victed by the Gospel and return to their first love. Pray that lost souls will come

and hear the Gospel proclaimed and be converted to Jesus Christ.

BRING – Bring a Christian spirit and an open mind. Brother Jones’ lessons will be

uplifting as well as challenging. If you hear something that challenges what you

believe or your walk with the Lord, examine yourself and be willing to confess

and repent if need be. Bring a friend or a neighbor.

ATTEND – Decide now that you will be here because you will be encouraged and

you will be an encouragement to others. Remember that neglected the assembly

is a sin.

PREPARE – Our ladies work hard to prepare and to serve the food we will all en-

joy the Sunday of our meeting, so let’s all be ready to lend a hand with the clean-

up to follow. Are there any last minute calls to make? Invitations to give? Chores

around the church building to be done?
