• Ajay AGRAWAL – CEO. Ajay is a KPO entrepreneur and corporate lawyer with over twenty years of progressive leadership experience. From 1994 to 2006 he was a securities law expert in some of the world's leading firms and investment banks and structured complex securities offerings of structured Tier I capital, convertible and exchangeable securities, hybrid debt instruments, asset-backed securities and trust preferred securities. In 2006, he struck out as an entrepreneur and founded UnitedLex Corporation in the legal process outsourcing and strategic legal technology space, where he was part of the leadership team that led the company through a period of explosive, profitable growth creating more than $100M in enterprise value. Over the past five years, UnitedLex accomplished record revenues and was named one of USA’s fastest growing private companies on the 2011 Inc. 500 list.  In 2011, Ajay divested his stake in UnitedLex to 3 leading venture capital funds and successfully exited the business. Ajay is also a successful innovator with one issued and five pending patents. Ajay holds a LL.M. from Columbia University, a LL.B. from Trinity College, Cambridge and a B.A. in Semiotics from Brown University.

• Kanti Prabha - VP – Product Development. She is a business and technology visionary with hands on experience as the business designer of software products for multi-billion dollar enterprises, which automated legal functions, ranging across obligation management, contract lifecycle management and data analytics. Her focus on customer delight allows her to create creative solutions for solving critical business challenges and help deliver the highest quality product to her customers. In her previous position as Director of Product Development at UnitedLex, she led the development and deployment of enterprise class applications for Fortune 500 companies and worked closely with clients to design and implement effective change management programs. She holds an M.Sc from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai and has been associated with the outsourcing industry during her entire career.

• Aditya Gupta - VP – Engineering He is a technology enthusiast, an ‘Out-of-the-box’ thinker with an innovative bent of mind focused on developing and providing optimal, cost-efficient solutions to challenges faced by the client. He has lead multiple teams, managed diverse, simultaneous projects of varying complexities. His role entails him to develop the technology strategy for the company, prepare the implementation/resource deployment plan and manage day-to-day operations. His capabilities stem from his significant experience of working across critical roles in early-mid stage technology companies as well as from running his own company. In his previous position, he has worked as Head of Application Development at UnitedLex where he was the chief architect for several enterprise-class applications. He also holds a patent as a co-inventor for the product. Prior to that, he was Founder and Director-Technical of Thytech Solutions, where he developed a hospital management system which targeted to streamline the medical claims process. Aditya graduated from IIT Kharagpur with B Tech and M Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
