The 81PM Series preventsreturn flow throughout thedeployment of the AFFFmixture.

The Powertrol Valve is usedin the foam liquid supplyline from the tank to theproportioner.

The 22M Back Pressure Reg-ulating Valve controls up-stream pressure to ensureproper delivery of fluids.

The Cla-Val Motor OperatedPilot Valve (MOPV) and theElectronic Operated PilotValve (EOPV) are ideal forcontrolling the flow of fluidseither in fire main piping or inthe AFFF mixture process.

The Hy-Check acts as acheck valve to permit flowin one direction only.When flow stops andback pressure develops,the valve closes, thusstopping return flow.

This assembly helps toensure that water and AFFFconcentrates are releasedin the proper proportion toeffectively suppress fires.

The 50M Pressure Relief Valve is a pilotoperated modulating type valve thatemploys a spring-loaded, adjustable reliefcontrol to operate the main valveaccording to pre-set pressure settings ingasoline or jet fuel distribution systems.

The 1626M is a float controldesigned for use in marine filterseparators for aviation and dieselfuel distribution systems. Built tomeet the requirements of MILspec MIL-F20042.

403M

The 50M-2 Pressure Relief Valve isdesigned specifically for back pressuresustaining or pressure relief in constantpressure pumping systems. Available inaa wide range of sizes and built to MILSpec, MIL-F-20042, Class 150 or 250,with flanged end connections.

The 403M is designed for use in filterseparators for fluid and pressure control,in aviation and diesel fuel systems.This flanged valve is available in a widerange of sizes and is built in accordancewith MIL Spec MIL-F20042, Class 150and Class 250.

50M-5

The 50M-5 is a remote sensingpressure relief valve specificallydesigned for use in marine fuel oiltransfer system aboard surfacemarine vessels. Available in globepattern, sizes 1-1/2” through 8”;and 8” for angle pattern valves.Built to meet the requirements ofMIL-F20042, Class 150 and 250for flanged and MIL-F1183 forunion-style valves.

The 302M Automatic Fueling andDefaulting Valve is used in AV gasand jet fuel systems on CUNA,LHARY, LED, LO, LOHN Classvessels. Available in size 2-1/2”,this flanged valve is built in accor-dance with MIL-F20042, Class250.

The CFF18M-H2 is one of severalflanged float controls designedspecifically for use in AV-Gas, JP-5 Jet Fuel and Diesel fuel-water fil-ter separator applications.

Materials of construction includeSil-Brazed Nickel-Copper pipingfor long service life.

Cla-Val’s significant experience in the ground fueling industry hasenabled us to become a key supplier to the US Navy and naval fleetsthroughout the world. Our fueling valves, nozzles and accessoriesare built in the US by an experienced manufacturing team. The 341GF-D3 Military Underwing FuelingNozzle is used for pressurized refueling ofmilitary jets. Its dual-swivel inlet allows foreasier and safer connections, even onworn adapters. This nozzle is constructedof durable hard anodized aluminum andstainless steel for a long dependableservice life.

The Cla-Val CFF18T-H2 Fuel-Water Separator Control Assemblyautomatically operates the fueldischarge valve and the waterdrain valve of fuel-water filterseparators.

It is mounted to a flange on theside of the separator vessel in thesump.

Cla-Val Model 240M-4 is used in theseawater ballast systems of navalaircraft carriers. Constructed of highlydurable Naval Bronze, this valverequires little maintenance and willwithstand harsh conditions wear-and-tear that continuous exposure toseawater can cause.

Available in 8” and 10” sizes. 240M-3

Cla-Val Model 240M-3 is used in theseawater ballast systems of surfacevessels. Constructed of highly durableNaval Bronze, this valve requires littlemaintenance and will withstand thewear-and-tear that continuous sea-water submersion can cause.

Available in 4”, 6”, 8” 10”, 14”and 24” sizes.

Cla-Val 240M Series Ballast Valves control the balance andbuoyancy of surface marine vessels. Depending on sea conditionsand individual ship requirements, Cla-Val hydraulically operatedballast valves open or close to fill or drain compartments to attain thedesired level of buoyancy and to keep the ship in proper balance.They are also used to help facilitate the launching of small watercraft from a larger vessel.

Hull-mounted and submerged, these rugged valves are constructedof top-quality Naval Bronze materials for long life and minimalmaintenance. Valves are also available in Stainless Steel.
