In this case (and even if you simply pop by for a visit), let's get acquainted. My name is Maria. Believing traits and the way a person interacts with people as much crucial as occupations and experiences, I would like to tell you about myself a little bit more than a standard CV allows. E-mail me to get my standard CV In this presentation I will start with the most common thing which is a job experience. However, instead of listing companies and positions it will be a general view. After that I will tell you about some of my competencies (those ones I consider appropriate for work), so you can combine them with my experience to decide if I fit for a specific role you have. For example, I may not have some required experiences but possess a personal quality essential for your business such as, for example, an ability to delve into a subject at a quick pace. Finally, I would like to give you several ideas about my interests and preferences reflecting the attitude towards working process and life. Let’s call it ‘my philosophy’ :) Experience I’ve got Titles. For more than 11 years I was working as an advertising specialist, media planner, analyst, head of the department, marketing studies researcher, assistant director, marketing and project manager. Functions. However, as the majority of companies I worked in were under 100 employees, I used to be a multi skilled specialist. Roughly, I can divide all my job experience into 4 big parts: Marketing & Communications Events Work with clients Management researches, analytics, development of new products, marketing and promotion plans ideas, budgeting, general planning and control, negotiating with contractors and partners negotiating, development of business proposals and other documents, ad campaigns and events organization planning and control, facilitating communication between departments, office managing 11 years in numbers Marketing researches – 10 official,‘standalone’ projects and numerous activities with the elements of analysis. Marketing and media plans – more than 60. More than 20 events of different types: business conferences and seminars, exhibitions, clients’ parties, presentations of new products, corporate events and team building trainings. Creating of documents - around 300 specific, target-focused documents, including development of new products and custom integrated solutions. As a result of negotiations an equivalent of 10 months’ rent was saved during the process of early termination of 7 tenancy contracts because of the company’s closing. Competences I have and consider valuable for employers or partners

I cut my teeth on planning and organizing. I can systemize, analyze, and plan anything.

I am able to delve into a subject at a quick pace independently finding resources required. As an example, I can mention a web-site about telescopic semitrailers developed on-the-fly or created for less than two months special-purpose programme dedicated to flax growing.

I am interested in people. Highly sociable, I can easily find common ground with almost everyone. Moreover, I genuinely believe that every business is very personal, as it starts from one’s personal aspiration and depends on personal values and actions of many people.

I have the gift of the gab; I both love and can deliver a speech or come to an agreement.

I prefer to dig (=to study the matter) deeply, to have a complete picture of what’s happening (hence, the taste for analysis).

my Preferences I appreciate life-work balance. I see work under pressure and overtime work only as a temporary mode. I understand the need to work in such a way during serious complex projects; I can do it and have similar experience. However, I don’t like permanent irregular working hours. I suppose the top class is to catch everything within working hours by optimizing workflow, managing priorities, delegating tasks, etc.

I would prefer my work coincides with my professional and/or the other interests.

I would like my opinions seem to count and I have the opportunity to take the lead.
