Member of the Research Project titled “Feminine Voices on Exile”, with the Research Centre on
Women in Latin American History. Research Centre Director Dr. Sara Beatriz Guardia invited me to
participate in a research project which will be edited in a volume tentatively titled “The History of
Latin American Women,” CEMHAL in Lima, Peru.
Member of the Organizing Committee for Daniel Viglietti’s concert at Ryerson University.
This concert was sponsored by the University of Toronto, York University, Ryerson University
and IBIRAY a non-profit organization. The concert celebrated the life and work of the
Uruguayan writer Mario Benedetti and the musician that came from Uruguay was Daniel
