In 2004, Milligan and Toothy Developments invested together in Maremagnum and carried out a remodeling of 14 million Euros that it would transform to Maremagnum into a prominent fashionable center and leisure.

Maremagnumtells now with an area of retail of 22.000 square meters that they offer a vibrant mixture of fashionable shops and way of life, besides restaurants and facilities of leisure, including: Handle, Pull and Bear, Lefties, Unequal, Or Houses, Woman's Secret, Adolfo Domínguez, Springfield, H&M and many more. It receives more than 12 million visitors a year and is a very popular place both with the tourists and with the inhabitants of Barcelona.

Restaurants: I think “Elx Restaurant” is one of the best in the maremagnum. There is tipical Spanish food like Paella Valenciana and fish. The restaurant has got beautiful sights to the Port Vell and to the sea.

a 3D cinema between Maremagnum and Port Vell.
