Welcome to the St. Augustine Regional Chapter of the Women’s Council of
REALTORS® in 2011! So far we’ve learned from local experts who enlightened
us as to how leadership skills function in our personal as well as professional
lives, provided insight into how entrepreneurs and professionals overcome
obstacles to attaining peak productivity and profits, and the vital role Habitat for
Humanity plays in helping with safe, decent, affordable homes for families in
need. We are proud to announce that we have selected Habitat for Humanity as
our “Community Partner” for 2011. We continue to have fun mixers in the
evening that offer a great networking environment for all. This year we have
started another activity for you. We are calling it the Network Showcase of
Homes. This is an opportunity to help you with your sellers by inviting other
realtors who may have the perfect buyer to preview your listings. All this after
enjoying a light breakfast and our business meeting. Most importantly you have
the opportunity for professional and personal development in several different
venues with quality people in your community. The way to get the most out of
your membership is participation in these activities. If you have not joined us in
one or another of these activities, I encourage you to. You will benefit and have
fun too! We have a year of great programs and activities planned.

Habitat for Humanity Women’s Only Build – March 18, 2011
What a day for the members, friends, and family of the Women’s Council of Realtors in St
Augustine! We started early at 7:00 am on a Women’s Only Build. The girls were painting,
hanging shelves, roofing, and our President Patsy Wilson was up a ladder with Chris Rich
installing vinyl eaves. The guys also showed up to do their part and were sent to a different
build site to work, where they were able to frame the interior of a house. We cannot thank
enough the volunteers who took part to contribute to our community and help raise
awareness of the work that the Women’s Council of Relators is doing in St Augustine.

The St. Augustine Regional Women’s Council of REALTORS® is proud to offer their membership scholarship grants toward
education. This program provides up to $100.00 tuition reimbursement to an eligible Women’s Council of REALTORS®
member after completion of an approved course.
Eligible members are primary REALTORS® and National Affiliate members of the St. Augustine regional chapter, who have held
primary membership in our chapter for a minimum of 6 months.
