“Great vision without
great people is irrele-
vant.” It has been 2
years in the organiza-
tion and I have seen
visions changing ; peo-
ple changing; but the
one thing which contin-
ued was the culture of
this Local Committee.
The emotion with
which the people over
here work has been the
same. Neither the work
nor the inspiration has
taken this LC’s people
ahead but this LC is al-
ways driven with the
emotions. But it
doesn't mean that we
stop working, stop car-
ing about each other
and stop achieving.
You can have the best
strategy and the best
building in the world,
but if you don't have
the hearts and minds of
the people who work
with you, none of it
comes to life. At the
end of the day you bet
on people, not on strat-
egies.

My internship to Philippines, in the
winter of 2014 was eas-ily the best month of my life. I had just one month of break after my exams and choos-ing to go for this ex-change was one of the best decisions of my life. Considering my-self as a dedicated AIESECer, i actually
tested my own product which not only lived up to what i believed it was but it made me fall in love with AIESEC even more. I feel more connected to the organ-ization now and now i understand how rele-vant an integrated ex-perience is!
taught me that. Also get-
ting direct guidelines
from the coach of AI,
Dey Dos was a life
changing experience.
This conference drove
me to work harder and
live up to my potentials
MB conference has been
a life changing experi-
ence. I learned how to
lead your team taking
all the members with
you. Developing leaders
is what we aim for and
this conference has
and connect to the vi-
sion of our organization.

many awesome people of
AIESEC. This conference
also helped me under-
stand the different prob-

facing and how are they
overcoming them..!!

This conference was one
of it's kind in India. It
helped me understand the
most basics and core of
AIESEC. That actually
makes a big impact not
only in my AIESEC career
but also in my personal
life. This conference also
gave me a chance to net-
work and get to know

After a long wait and
two months long effort
there are some amazing
bunch of people with us
in our family. I welcome
them to this 20 year old
Local Committee and be
the part of its huge his-
tory. It feels great that
we are contributing to
the BHAG of this organ-
ization, expecting that
these bunch of people
shall now contribute to
this LC. I hope that they
go through an intense
experience in their
AIESEC career and cre-
ate new stories; making
new leaders. I Congrat-
ulate you on being an
AIESECer but also warn
you with the
responsibility
that you hold
towards this
organization
and also to-
wards the so-
ciety.
Newbies in the House
First 20 days
been an incredible experience for me !
I have learnt a lot in the past days’ before i used to have stage fear, used to hesitate before speaking in front of huge crowd. But through promo-tions I have gained a lot of confidence. I have learned a lot about exchanges, how people are sent for global intern-ships. Now i can easily face a massive crowd and do pro-
motions
Hence I have kept
growing ever since I
have started my
AIESEC journey.
Working in organiz-
ing committee was
fun. It was a new
thing for me to find
new people and
make them under-
stand the value of
what I was gaining
here!
Also being a part of
Its been about 20 days since I am in AIESEC ,but right from getting select-ed in the interview and becoming an AIESECER, to pro-moting events, working in the or-ganizing committee to doing promotions of global citizen in-ternships. It has

might be good enough in our culture, in
our talks but still we are not valued till
we perform.
