realization that they, too, possess the ability to practice aesthetic dentistry at the very highest

level. He is one of dentistry’s most famous faces and one of the pioneers of hands-on clinical

education. He has been a guest faculty member of the post-graduate programs in Cosmetic

Dentistry at Baylor, Tufts, SUNY at Buffalo, UMKC, and the UCLA Center of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Hornbrook lectures internationally on all facets of aesthetic and restorative dentistry and

has published articles in all of the leading dental journals. A prolific researcher and materials

enthusiast, he consults with numerous manufacturers on product development and refinement.

Dr. Hornbrook’s warm and engaging style earns him the highest possible marks from participants

and meeting sponsors.

Dr. Hiroshi OguchiDr. Oguchi graduated Tokyo Dental College and he received his doctorate degree from Nagoya

City University Graduate School of Medical Sciences & Medical school. Since then he has been

a faculty and taught at numerous schools throughout Japan. He is the inventor of OAM implant

concept, which stands for Oguchi Augmentation Method. This method’s origin and idea came

from acupuncture moxibustion treatment in oriental medicine. This method is specially made for

patients in Japan where he practices where patients jawbones are weaker.

Dr. Emmanuelle ZennieDr. Emmanuelle Zennie graduated in the United States with a Bachelor of Science in

Microbiology (University of Florida, Gainesville), a Master in Biomedical Sciences (Barry

University, Miami) and a Doctorate in Medical Dentistry (Nova Southeastern University, Fort

Lauderdale). General practitioner, she has also attended advanced courses in Endodontics (root

canal treatment), in Fixed Prosthetics and Cosmetic Dentistry, as well in Periodontal Surgery

(gum), Implants Placement, Smile Reconstruction and Face Rejuvenation (medical spa). Diplomat

of IDIA (International Dental Implant Association), Teacher at the Faculté d’Odontologie, in Port-

au-Prince, Haiti. Member of: ADA (American Dental Association), AGD Member (Academy of

SPEAKERS & BIOS

Dr. Chadwick A. JohnsonDr. Chad Johnson is a general dentist and owner of Veranda Dentistry in Pleasant Hill, Iowa.

He serves as Visiting Faculty at Spear Education in Scottsdale, AZ as part of the Cerec Mentor

Group. Dr. Johnson has used CAD/CAM and CBCT since 2011, and is a Cerec Trainer in Iowa. He

graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, and is a Fellow of the AGD, he is the

current president of the Iowa AGD, and he also participates in the AACD and ALD. Dr. Johnson

is a diplomate-elect of the IDIA. He is passionate about digital dentistry and practice

wmanagement to help doctors actualize their potential within their practices.

Dr. Cameron LeeDr. Lee is a Fellow and Diplomate of the International Dental Implant Association and has the

unique distinction as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon having completed formal fellowship

training in regenerative medicine with an emphasis on PRP/PRF and stem cell biology. He is the

author of over 60 publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals and is a manuscript reviewer

for several oral surgery, radiology and implant journals. Dr. Lee is a graduate of the Washington

University School of Dental Medicine at St. Louis and the prestigious University of Illinois/Cook

County Hospital Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program. He continued his education

by earning a Doctorate of Medicine from Saint Christopher’s College of Medicine, Doctorate of

Philosophy from Touro University International, and Master of Science degrees from the John’s

Hopkins University, Columbia University and the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Lee holds the

academic rank of Professor of Surgery at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. His surgery

practice focuses on implant surgery and jaw reconstruction in Aiea, Hawaii.

Kara MoncriefKara Moncrief is the clinical director for Viora Inc. in the United States. She is the international

clinical trainer, working in over 30 countries for the past 7 years. Kara is an expert in her field of

Radio Frequency, IPL, and laser technologies.


Dr. Pavel KrastevDr. Pavel Krastev, DDS graduated from New York University in 1993 at the top of his class. Pavel was appointed as Asst. Prof. in CAPPA, where he served for two years while establishing his private practice. In 2004 he completed his two-year implant training at NYU. Upon completion, he was invited to stay on board and serve as a Clinical Asst. Prof. in the two-year continuing education implant program (2004-2016). Over the last six years, Dr. Krastev developed and patented multiple dental products currently on the marketplace. Pavel practices dentistry full time in New Hyde Park, New York. In addition, Pavel works closely with Helmut Zepf GmbH as a KOL and development partner. In his spare time, Pavel takes flying lessons and is pursuing his lifelong dream of being a pilot. “By sharing our knowledge, we grow ourselves.”

Dr. Kianor ShahDr. Kianor Shah is a practicing Dentist and an Entrepreneur from Southern California. He is a traveling healthcare provider and businessman. Dr. Shah has built numerous co-brand, private label, and Peer-to-Peer partnerships in the Healthcare Industry. Dr. Shah is the founder and a faculty member of the International Extraction Academy and also founder of the first Global Implantology Summit, that he hosted in 2018.Dr. Shah completed his undergraduate studies at Western Illinois University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in 2000. Dr. Shah graduated in 2006 with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Southern Illinois University. He went on to complete an MBA at Brandman University in International Business in 2016. His participation as a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Fellow of the California Implant Institute, and Fellow of the International Academy of Dental-Facial Esthetics has culminated in his Mastership and Diplomate status of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Shah has been in various roles as a founder, owner, Chairperson, CEO, President, Managing Director, Partner, Associate, and Consultant for a variety of domestic and international related business matters.

Dr. Joc JerniganDr. John (Joc) Jernigan is a general dentist from Raleigh, NC. He practices alongside his father in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. The practice centers on treating extensive edentulism utilizing treatments ranging from traditional removable prosthetics to state-of-the-art dental implant restorations. As a senior attending the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in 2013, he began to immerse himself in implant dentistry, focusing on how constantly evolving treatment options and advances in technology could benefit a growing segment of the population that are handicapped by partial and full edentulism. He has completed over 1000 hours of continuing education related to implant dentistry. He firmly believes in educating the public about the benefits and options implant dentistry offers, as evidenced by his “Ask Doc Joc” YouTube video series. He is a Diplomate with the IDIA (International Dental Implant Association) and a Fellow with the ICOI (International Congress of Oral Implantologists).
