Event Chair
Byrne Creek & Moscrop Famine
Date & Time: Friday, April 10th @4:00pm – Saturday, April 11th, 2015.
•A sleepover at the school where we host a famine to raise awareness for the less fortunate people in the world. This will be a collaboration between Moscrop and Byrne Creek.•Pledge of $25, we will be pledging together.•Permission slips can be picked up from Rebecca Yet and are due Thursday, April 2nd, 2015.

Famine Pledging
Decade Dance Coat Check
Date: Thursday, April 16th, 2015.Time: 4:30pm – 9:30pm.
Volunteers needed to manage belongings. Tickets for the dance will be half price for volunteers.
Dress Code: White dress shirt, black pants & shoes.
Seniors’ Tea setup at Edmonds Community Centre
Date: Wednesday, April 15th, 2015 (Tutorial Day.)
Time: 12:00pm –4:00pm.
You will be missing a bit of B block, C, and D.
Dress code: Leo shirt.
PickleballYou will be helping
to run and host matches, preparing and serving lunch,
and setup and takedown.
Lunch will be provided!
Date: Saturday, April 18th & Sunday, April 19th, 2015.

An event based off of Japanese high schools’ “Sports Day”, in which students are divided into teams and compete in different activities.
Volunteers will be helping to organize activities and supervise different stations.
Open Mic Night

A night where everyone is invited to share their spoken word abilities!
Volunteers will be helping with setup, takedown, and managing guests and concession.
Grade 7 Leo Presentations
Volunteers will be helping with the educational Leo Club
presentations geared towards recruiting younger grades when
they enter high school.

A friendly trivia competition between the different clubs of Byrne Creek.
Volunteers will be competing and helping with setup and takedown.
