If you are taking the 2018 CPD exam, we have important news regarding the open-book
policy: Exam candidates are now allowed to bring any printed reference materials into

2017-2018 ASPE Richmond Chapter Season
As our ASPE season nears it's end and our summer break begins we will need to have our chapter election of officers. The election is required to be held the
month of May and voting by secret ballot. However, since we have a joint meeting with ASHRAE on May 7th at the Westwood club, we will likely be holding
our ballot at the April meeting. 2-years ago we decided as a chapter to allow our officer positions to be held for 2-year terms rather than 1-year terms; this
May will mark the end of that first 2-year term. I will send out a list of positions and those individuals that are running for those positions. After the votes are
tallied up, I will send out an email indicating the results. Thank you all for making this season as great as it has been and I look forward to seeing the
wonderful things we can accomplish as a chapter going forward.

ventilation and natural light, two 2,000-liter water tanks and stands, and new evapotranspiration absorption beds.
The Group A proposed changes, which include those for the IPC and IMC. The proposed changes can be found
WQA/ASPE/ANSI S-802 (2017): Sustainable Water Treatment Media and WQA/ASPE/ANSI S-803 (2017): Sustainable
Drinking Water Treatment Systems have been designated American National Standards by ANSI and are now available
for download at ASPE's online store.
