2015 Annual Report A LETTER FROM OUR FOUNDER 2015 has been a good year of many blessings for CMA and the people we serve, as you can see by the numbers people reached and what CMA has achieved this past year. Our desire to be ‘the bridge between the resources and the needs’ which means we have been involved in a variety of community based projects and Christian ministries reaching many with the Gospel message. CMA has been working with communities with the deepest need, and in the most remote locations. Our programs are always expanding and changing as we respond to need, and have trained all round leaders and Pastors who have now taken up key positions in the Church and the community. CMA has grown to over 200 employees and presently has programs in three countries, Kenya, Uganda and South Sudan. CMA’s Mission The mission of Christian Mission Aid is: To reach out with the love of Christ by training and equipping church and community leaders, mentoring youth, providing emergency relief and development assistance to poor and vulnerable communities. It has taken a diverse team of people all offering their special skills, talents and knowledge, coming together in unity, each playing their own important role in helping to full fill CMA’s Mission and God’s purpose. By God’s grace and our faithful partners, friends and supporters, CMA has been able reach thousands of people with the love of Christ, thank you for being with us this past year. I thank our dedicated staffs who have work diligently and tenaciously throughout the year, I appreciate and thank all our Board of Directors and International Council members for providing guidance and wisdom to ensure that CMA stays on the course and whatever we do, may it be to the Glory of God. When you give, you facilitate us to reach communities with the love of Christ by training and equipping Church and community leaders, mentoring the youth, and providing emergency relief to poor and vulnerable communities. Through this, we have been able to rekindle the hope of many people by lifting them out of poverty. Our medical teams have provided the much needed life-saving medicines and medical supplies to patients who perhaps could have died of preventable diseases. Many children and youth hopes have been revived and inspired towards a better future. We have fed the hungry, we have watered the thirsty. In CMA, we devotedly follow the example and teachings of Jesus Christ in faithfully serving the marginalized communities in Africa so that we bring hope to those who are poor by not only offering aid relief but also by empowering them spiritually and economically to create sustainable solutions to alleviate their miserable situation in the long term.
