1 DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

We can support you at every phase of your project, with our extensive catalogue of CAD drawings, in-depth technical support and advice on complimentary solutions. We can also save you design time and expense, with our bespoke services.

When designing a custom part we’ll produce a 3D prototype for you, within a few days. An exact production part can then be manufactured to meet precise material and dimensional requirements for final testing.

2 PRODUCTION

At Essentra we constantly monitor our production and sub-assembly processes, allowing us to strive for excellence when it comes to manufacturing quality and consistency. We continue to expand our production capacity across our global network whilst maintaining machine utilisation. FASTENERS

Specially designed internal spring offers 1.5mm of compression force, ideal when a snug seal is needed. Includes a special clip for grounding and made of stainless steel to prevent rusting. Multiple driver options.

Use our concealed hinge inside cabinets to prevent tampering from outside. Perfect for heavy-duty applications, its side part can be mounted with M5 screws while the centre part is copper plated for easy welding. Made of steel with a zinc-plated finish to resist corrosion.

Keep cables flush and protect against ingress while providing strain relief. Offered in PG, metric and NPT ranges with standard or long-mounting threads. Protection rating IP68 and flammability rating UL94 V2.

Snaps into panel thicknesses of 1.6 to 3.2mm and closes panel cavities from 4.8 to 51mm in diameter. Use to fill holes for protection against dirt and moisture. Aesthetic qualities also give panels a clean, finished look.

Great for awkward areas or when a standard hinge can’t provide the correct opening. The side hinge’s stainless steel pin resists corrosion. Spacer bar available for different dimensions.

Our tough, high-quality cable ties provide a cost-effective way to manage and lock cables to prevent accidental removal. Available in a range of materials, sizes and colours for just about every application with a flammability rating of UL94 V2.

Our cable clamps collate cables to keep them in place, allowing you to keep them neat and secure. Perfect for servers with lots of equipment.

Your ideal high-security choice, the swing handle is fitted with a cam to provide three-point locking. If minimum security is needed, a single cylinder can be fitted. Suitable for steel and polyester cabinets. Padlockable version available.

Supplied with a rubber gasket to provide a strong seal while the wing operates the lock and serves as the knob. Choose a steel or plastic cam, chrome or black-coated finish. Also available with different drivers, grip range and head styles.

Our functional lock is standard cut for both steel and polyester panels. Steel cam and polyamide body DIN-EN ISO provide high strength and good resistance to chemicals. Ideal for using inside cabinets when the exterior is already highly secured.
