ATV Tour
Prepare to get dirty as you take an ATV out into the country and hills, touring through rustic tropical villages, unpaved roads, giant African Palm Plantations, and cattle farms.
Ride to a waterfall and cool off in the swimming hole. The journey ends at a private Finca with a delicious Costa Rican style meal.
• Duration is 3 ½ hours. Full day tours and private tours are available on request. • Choose from 7:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and 2:30 p.m. tour times. • Tour includes Honda ATVs, fully equipped, safety helmets, bilingual guides, refreshments

Banana Boat
Bounce and jump along with your family and friends riding a banana boat. Room for 1 – 7 people, rides are 30 minutes, transport not included.

Tres Ninas Boat Rental & Coastal Tours
Coastal Tours
Kick back on a Tres Ninas “Coastal Crawl” Tour and soak up the scenery of the coastline and some of the best beaches in Central America. This is a fully private tour that departs from Marina Pez Vela. You’ll visit a total of 8 beaches and bays, some only accessible by boats, and enjoy snorkeling, swimming and sight-‐seeing from the water. A perfect morning or afternoon activity. Afternoon tours include sunset at sea, weather permitting.
Includes: Bi-‐lingual captain/guide, dolphin watching, snorkeling, lunch, drinks (cocktails, beers, water, juices), visits to secluded bays and beaches.

Boat Rental
Navigate your own adventure on easy to operate boats! These brand-‐new 25 ft. and 27 ft. Center Console Boats are perfect for sunset cruises, exploring the coast, surfing trips, inshore or offshore fishing, snorkeling and swimming. Complete with a stereo and iPod dock, an under seat cooler, fresh water shower and cup holders, boats are comfortable and well equipped. A brief orientation and operating lesson is provided prior to your departure from the Marina. The boats are equipped with pre-‐progammed GPS routes and easy to follow pacific coast charts, area markings, popular destinations, and real-‐time tracking displays so you know where you have been. A captain is available for an additional fee. *8 Persons Maximum Per Boat.

Catamaran Tours
Cruise on a 100 ft. catamaran with full amenities including two 16-‐person Jacuzzis, two giant trampoline decks, two water slides, a bar, large shaded open-‐air interior with seating and storage space, top floor sun deck, bathrooms and showers.
The tour includes a relaxed cruise of the Manuel Antonio coastline, where you can watch for dolphins or other marine life. Includes alcoholic and non-‐alcoholic beverages, delicious fruits and snacks, snorkeling equipment and lunch.
Morning or afternoon sunset tours are available. $80 per person
Canopy Safari
Sail high above the rainforest canopy, flying from tree to tree and platform to platform.
• Tour includes platforms, zip lines, rappel lines, suspension bridge, Tarzan swing, butterfly farm and Serpentarium.
• Choose from 7:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 1:20 p.m. tour times. Ask about night tours. Tour duration is approximately 5 hours including transportation time. Green Season tour times may differ.

Discover Scuba Diving -‐ Learn Today, Dive Today!
• Can be conducted over one afternoon and the following morning or 3/4 day and requires no previous diving experience.
• Watch a short DVD explaining dive basics, techniques and theory, then review the most important points with a PADI Professional, who will also answer any questions you may have. Then, under the direct supervision of a PADI professional you will discover how easy it is to use scuba in a pool and practice some basic skills.
• When you are comfortable, you can do 2 oceans dives! • If you have any relatives or friends that are certified they can dive with you or, you could
combine this experience with a trip to Cano Island. • Must be at least 10 years old to participate. • Under 18ʹ′s must have PADI release forms signed by a parent or guardian.}
Local Scuba Trips in Manuel Antonio
• Must have dive certification to participate in this tour. If you are not certified, you can do the above program.
• Dive at two different sites, between 35 and 60 feet. • See volcanic rock formations, with various hard and soft corals, schools of Snapper and
Jacks, White Tip Reef Sharks, Angel Fish, Moorish Idols, Parrot Fish, Puffer Fish, Octopus, Eels, Crustaceans, Sea Turtles and in season (December – May) the giant Manta Ray.
Isla del Caño
• Trip departs at 6 am from Quepos and returns at approximately 3:30pm. • Includes National Park fees, equipment, dive or snorkel guide, picnic lunch, tropical fruits,
cookies, juices and water for lunch. • Advance bookings only!

Fishing Charters
Known for calm seas and abundant game fish, Quepos fishing offers you the opportunity to make the catch of a lifetime.
• Year round: Tuna, Mahi-‐Mahi, Wahoo, Snapper, Roosterfish. • Sailfish: Most abundant from November through April, but still available in other months. • Marlin: Best months are September through November. • Dorado/Mahi Mahi: Best from late May through October, but are often caught year round. • Yellowfin Tuna: Also available during Marlin and Sailfish season. • Snook: Good fishing from March through May and September through November.
Charters include: Captain/Mate, all tackle and fishing equipment, bait, cold canned beer, soft drinks, water, fresh fruits, lunch on a full day. Fishing licenses are an additional $15 and valid for one week. Inquire about smaller boats and half day trips.
Horse Riding
Beach & Mountain Tour
Introduction to the basics of equestrian riding. The ride begins at a working cattle ranch, later passing through forested trails where wildlife may be spotted, continuing on to the beautiful Esterillos beach, where riders have the opportunity to gallop along the sand or relax. Tour is approximately 4 hours/Riding time is approximately 2 hours.
• Departure times from Quepos are 8:00 a.m. & 3:00 p.m. • Price: $85 (Minimum 2 riders) Includes round trip transportation and lunch.
Children must be aged 10 years + and accompanied by an adult. Children between 6 and 10 years old must be reserved with a private tour in order to dedicate the level of attention and safety required for young riders.
Mangrove Boat Tours
Join us on an interesting covered boat ride through the beautiful and complex ecosystem of the Damas Island mangroves. Your nature guide will describe a variety of biological relationships between many organisms in this delicate habitat and you have the chance to see wildlife such as white-‐faced monkeys, a variety of birds, snakes, crocodiles and iguanas, just to name a few!
• Tour times are dependent on the tide. • Includes transportation, bilingual guide, and a meal. • Good for all ages, but especially recommended for children and less mobile travelers. • Bring sunglasses, camera, comfortable clothes and insect repellant. • $65 per person.
Manuel Antonio National Park Tour
The Manuel Antonio National Park was named by Forbes as one the most beautiful National Parks in the world. Your guide will point out many of the local species and give you up-‐to-‐date information on their natural history, habitats and habits. You will take fantastic photos through high-‐definition scopes with your own digital camera. There are four beautiful beaches with tranquil water, perfect for swimming or relaxing if you wish to stay after your hike.
• Look for white faced monkeys, howler monkeys, titi squirrel monkeys, sloth, agoutis, bats, frogs, lizards, snakes, deer, toucans, owls, hawks, herons and more!
• Tour duration is approximately 3 hours. • Level of physical exertion is light. • Includes a bi-‐lingual Nature Guide with HD spotting scope and binoculars and other
resources, transportation, park entrance fee, bottled water, fresh fruit and drinks after finishing the tour near the beach.
• Bring beachwear (towels, swimming suits, sun block, etc.), light clothing and a good pair of shoes, hiking boots or covered sandals.

Organic Spice Farm
Take a gentle walk through the plantation with hands-‐on sensory stops. Visit the post-‐harvest warehouse where produce is dried, processed and packaged. Learn about the ancient origins of spices, their history and properties. Taste an assortment of gourmet chocolate, vanilla, and Ceylon cinnamon treat. The onsite spice shop stocks a variety of delicious products such as vanilla beans and extract, true Ceylon cinnamon, cocoa nibs, and other spices for use in your kitchen or as gifts.
• Tour Times are 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. on Sundays. Private tours can be arranged.

Paddle Boarding
Paddle Board Manuel Antonio (2 hours, $65 per person)
Paddle to Playa Biesanz, Maracas Cove, La Macha and Playa Manuel Antonio. You will be accompanied by a Certified Paddle Board Instructor who will teach you how to Paddle Board correctly and safely; all while enjoying some of the most beautiful coastline in all of Costa Rica.
Paddle Board the Mangroves (3 hours, $75 per person)

Parasailing

Canyoning, Rappel & Zipline
This fantastic “7 in 1” adventure tour includes skilled suspension bridges, waterfall rappelling, a “monkey drop”, multi-‐vine challenge course, tree climbing ladders, tree-‐top rappelling, and zip lines.

Sea & Mangrove Kayaking (or a combo of both!)
Mangrove kayaking trips lets you discover a variety of amazing wildlife, paddle under a lush canopy of rainforest, and learn the importance of this delicate ecosystem where the salt waters of the ocean meet the fresh waters of tropical rivers, creating a periodically submerged forest of interlacing aerial roots.
A sea kayaking tour is the chance to explore islands and coastal estuaries. Also includes snorkeling when the conditions are agreeable.

Surf Lessons
From the beginner to the more experienced surfer (who maybe just wants to rent a board) you will be outfitted with the right gear and equipment for your sessions.

Whale Watching Tour
Beautiful humpback and pilot whales regularly visit the Central Pacific coasts between mid-‐July and October, and again in December through March, as they migrate to and from feeding and mating grounds.
• Combo tour includes snorkeling. • Minimum age is 5. • Morning tour begins at 8:30 a.m. and the afternoon tour begins at 1:30 p.m. • Duration is approximately 4 hours. • Private group tours can be arranged. • $110 per person departing from Marina in Quepos. Transportation not included.
White Water Rafting
The Rio Savegre is a magnificent stretch of coastal whitewater, surrounded by lush primary rainforest, waterfalls, and canyons. Rafting on this river is perfect for beginners and families, with Class II through IV rapids. Midway through the trip, you will stop for refreshments, which are enjoyed at a cascading waterfall and natural swimming hole, located just off the river bank.
• Price: $90 per person (full day tour -‐ 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Private tours can be arranged at an additional cost.
