LEARNING AGREEMENT

COMBINED STUDY PROGRAM At the top of your combined study program, please type in your given and family names (as spelt in your passport), the Department where you study, etc. Please complete only the yellow fields (once you have completed them, please remove the yellow color). Students covering a bachelor or a specialist program – 1 cycle student Students covering a master program – 2 cycle student In this document, you have to indicate the classes and the courses which you are going to attend at the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. The classes that you selected should preferably coincide with the courses that your study program at Astrakhan State University includes. This is the only case that the credits and the examinations that you have passed in Venice may fully or partially be recognized at ASU (upon your professor’s decision). You may find available classes by clicking http://www.unive.it/data/9639/. The Ca’ Foscari University of Venice provides a wide range of specializations (Study programme) in the field of Humanities and Technology: translation and interpreting, techniques of teaching foreign languages, Economics and Finances, Architecture and Design, biotechnologies, Chemistry, etc. Most classes at the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice are delivered in Italian, but there are also classes in English. For instance, let us type in the following search parameters (courses in Italian): Academic year: 2016-2017 Period: 1 semester/ 1st term/ 2nd term Study program: Filologia e letteratura italiana

Page 8: MANUAL to Prepare Documents for Participation in the ...asu.edu.ru/images/File/Erasmus+_Forms_Completion_Manual.pdfAstrakhan State University – International Program of Academic

Please choose your preferred course from the list, e.g. Contemporary Italian Literature (the title of a course may be in English, even if it is delivered in Italian).

Please read the course description attentively (Programme). To choose this course, please insert it into the table “Before the Mobility”, which is your program of studies in Venice. Please indicate the title of the course (Contemporary Italian Literature), its code (Course code: FM0117), its semester (period – 1st semester), and the number of credits (ECTS credits: 6).

Please do the same with other courses, which you desire to attend in Venice. In the end, please indicate the total number of credits (Total). There is no maximal or minimal number of courses. However, we suggest that you choose 3 to 4 courses and have 1 to 2 spare courses in case you did not like the course you selected. If you seek a particular course, please type its title into the search field (Course Title).

If your search gave you no results,

please try to find that course in another way. Please type in its title into the general search field

Please click on the course, and you will see all the necessary information in a new window: when that course is delivered, its code, the number of credits, and its program. Please pay attention to the academic year! Not all the information concerning courses to be delivered next academic year is provided on the web site of the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice in February, when you are to submit your application. That is why we recommend that you choose more courses and keep them spare. It will make it possible for you to change your study program upon your arrival to Venice, if the course you indicated is not delivered during the current term (or if it does not meet its description).

Candidates are free to choose what to study (any Department, any course). However, the duration of all the chosen courses must not go beyond the period when you are in Venice. For example, a course may be delivered either throughout the entire semester (e.g. the 1st semester), or only during its 1st or 2nd terms. At the end of each term, you have to take credit tests and examinations. Please indicate the Russian courses you covered at ASU in the table Recognition at the Sending Institution. These are the courses that you will miss (while you are in Italy) and that will be recognized (fully or partially), if you pass your examinations or attend courses in Italy.

You may find out the course codes and the number of credits in your Dean’s office or on the web site of ASU by clicking http://asu.edu.ru/obrazovatelinaya-deyatelinost/5082-osnovnye-obrazovatelnye-programmy.html and choosing the Department, the specialization, and the year of admission:
