PRECAUTIONS:
1. Oil pump is powered by 3-phase AC power supply, in L1, L2, L3 sequence.
2. Oil pump oil inlet pressure shall be 3MPa.
3. When an experiment is over, turn off power supply and take off plugs.
4. In pressure relay experiments, pressure relay shall be in 25 stages.
5. Buttons, solenoid valves, intermediate relays are powered by DC 24V power
supply.
6. Each experiment needs pump and pressure regulator, so pilot overflow valve and
pump outlet 1-way valve are combined in the pressure regulator, students can use
the oil pipe plug in experiments. On pressure regulator, there is a overflow valve
controller for multi-stage pressure regulation experiments.
7. Experiment finished, hang the Training pipe tubing Tubing suspension on both
sides of the device, to prevent the leakage of hydraulic oil

Circuit connecting diagram
The constant pressure governor circuit contains three ways of speed-governing:
flow control speed-governing in inlet and out let , by-pass flow-control
speed-governing。Inlet flow control and outlet flow control include other ways, as
picture upon,inlet pressure is determined by the relief valve. the speed fluctuation of
cylinder is smaller than throttle valve, when doing the the experiment ,connect the oil
circuit and electrical circuit as diagram,when the pump starts, the cylinder
protuberate,when press “SB2”,the cylinder retracts,when press “SB1”,the cylinder
protrudes.
Hydraulic device in the experiment:Constant oil pump、one-way valve、Oil
cylinder、single electronic control 2-position & 4-way valve、overflow valve、Throttle
valve。
By using inflow throttle speed regulation circuit the motional smoothness is
weaker,as for the oil from hydraulic cylinder return directly to cylinder without
back-pressure. When load decrease,it will stroke forward or crawl.
Using outflow throttle speed regulation circuit:as for throttle valve produces back
pressuer to the return oil cavity of cylinder,so it can move stably,in contrast,the
throttle valve opening of inflow throttle speed regulation circuit is big,so that not easy
to block the oil circuit,in order to improve the comprehensive performance of
circuit ,to connect the inflow throttle speed regulation circuit to the return oil circuit
back pressure valve, so that it concludes the advantages of the two circuits.

The overflow valve is used as safety valve in this experiment device,the system
has no overflow loss. The opening of adjusting throttle valve can control oil cylinder
speed conveniently. When do the experiment, please connect the oil circuit, circuit as
the diagram, when the pump start, the oil cylinder exsert, push “SB2”, the oil cylinder
retract, push “SB1”, oil cylinder exsert.

Constant voltage variable speed circuit is consist of three way of speed
regulation in the experiment, they are oil inlet throttle speed regulation, oil return
throttle speed regulation and bypass throttle speed regulation. Oil return throttle speed
regulation has another mode, as the above diagram. Oil inlet pressure is decided by
overflow valve. The speed undulatory property of oil cylinder is smaller than throttle
valve. Connect the oil circuit , circuit as the above diagram. when the pump start, the
oil cylinder exsert, push “SB2”, the oil cylinder retract, push “SB1”, oil cylinder
exsert.

The difference between this experiment and constant voltage throttle valve speed
regulation is that the speed undulatory property of speed regulation valve is smaller
than throttle valve.
Use throttle speed regulation circuit of speed regulation valve. The speed is with
hard load characteristic and good steady speed. The disadvantage of this circuit is
large loss of energy and heating oil situation is more serious than with the throttle
valve. The circuit used for the smooth movement of the low-speed low-power
demanding systems, such as machine tool hydraulic systems.

When the hydraulic system need multilevel pressure to control, you can choose
this circuit. Connect the oil circuit and circuit, in the above diagram the remote
control port of the main overflow valve 1 connect with remote pressure regulating

switching valve on the left and get power, the system pressure is controlled by valve 2,
and when on the right and get power is controlled by valve 3. So the system can set on
three pressure. Pls note that the pressure of remote pressure control valve 2 and 3
must belower than the pressure of the main overflow valve 1.

Connect the oil circuit and circuit. When the pump start, the oil cylinder exsert,
push “SB2”, oil cylinder retract, push “SB1”, oil cylinder exsert. Clearly display the
pressure of relief circuit system by control the button of pressure reducing valve. This can
compared with the pressure of overflow valve with constant voltage.
In the hydraulic system, when the working pressure for one of the branch circuit lower than the setting of oil source, can use the first degree relief circuit. The max working pressure for hydraulic pump is controlled by overflow valve 1, the working pressure of hydraulic cylinder 3 is controlled by pressure reducing valve 2. Generally, pressure of pressure reducing valve must above 0.5MPa, not lower than the pressure of 0.5MPa of overflow valve 1, this can make the outlet pressure of pressure reducing valve in steady range.

Connect the oil circuit and circuit. Push “SB2”, 1DT get power and oil cylinder
exsert, push “SB3”, 2DTget power and oil cylinder retract, push “SB1”, 1DT and 2DT
both power off, circuit unload.
When the working parts stop working(such as load and unload and so on), the
hydraulic cylinder don’t need pressure oil. If the oil of the opening of hydraulic pump
flow back to oil tank(the motor not stop),the pump unload. The unload of hydraulic
pump make low power lost, reduce oil heating and make the service life longer.

When the system on work, two-port electromagnetic valve is power off, unload
oil circuit is power off and pressure oil of the pump will enter the system. When
two-port electromagnetic valve get power, oil pressure of the pump will reach
two-way valve through pilot operated overflow valve, flow back to oil tank, make it
unload(2-position & 4-way switching valve can replace of 2-position & 2-way
switching valve).

Connect the oil circuit and circuit when doing experiment. Push “SB2”, 1DT get
power and oil cylinder exsert, push “SB3”, 1DT loss power and 2DTget power, oil
cylinder retract, push “SB1”, the electromagnet loss power, the circuit unload.
Adjust the start pressure of the direct controlled balance valve to make it larger
than the back pressure which is produced by hydraulic cylinder piston and its working
parts in inferior vena. This can prevent the piston and the working parts of their own
decline. When the hydraulic cylinder piston down, return oil cavity produce back
pressure to act balanced, but a larger power loss.

control valve 1 via a further speed control valve 2 to enter the left chamber, but the
