Warning

To avoid damage to data, follow these precautions:

Never congure this unit as a destination for virtual memory.

Never do any of the following while the data LED is ashing:

Unplug the USB or power cable

Turn off your computer

Put your computer into Standby, Hibernate, or Sleep mode

Log off, log on, or switch users

Somecomputersmaydisplayadelayedwritewhentheyreturnfromanenergy-savingstate.If

this happens, unplug the unit before putting your computer into the energy-saving mode.

Ifthepower/accessLEDdoesnotturnoffwhenyouturnoffyourcomputer,unplugtheUSB

cable from the MiniStation. Your data is not protected by encryption until the power/access LED

turns off.

Encryptedmodeisdisabledbydefault.Toprotectyourdatawithencryption,enableencryptedmodeandcongureapassword.

Keepyourpasswordinasafeplace.Ifyouforgetyourpassword,youwillnotbeableto

access data stored on the drive in encrypted mode.

EncryptedmodeisnotsupportedwithMacintoshcomputers.TousethisdevicewithaMac,do

not enable encrypted mode.

Pleasekeepyourpasswordsafe.Dontgiveoutyourpasswordtoanyone.

Thersttimeyouconnectthisunit,itmaytakeabout20secondsbeforethepower/accessLED turns on.

ThemaximumsizeofaleonaFAT32harddriveis4GB.Toworkwithlargerles,reformat

thedrivewithNTFSorMacOSextended.

Ifyouusethisunitwithmultiplepartitions,formateachpartitionbeforeuse.

WhenMacOSisbootedwhiletheMiniStationisconnected,thecomputermaynotrecognize

it. If this happens, unplug the USB cable for a few seconds and then plug it in again.

SomecomputersmaynotbootWindowswhile this unit is connected. If this happens, leave the

MiniStation disconnected until after the computer has booted. Consult your computer's manual

for instructions on changing the BIOS settings to boot from an internal hard drive if you want to beable to turn on or off your computer while this unit is connected.

TheMiniStationsupportshot-plugging.YoucanplugorunplugtheUSBcablewhilethe

MiniStation and your PC are on. However, never unplug the cable while the Power/Access

LEDisashing,asdataisbeingaccessed.IfyouunplugtheMiniStationwhilethePower/

AccessLEDisashing,yourdatamaybedamagedorlost.

Refertothemanualsforyourcomputerandperipheraldevices.

DonotbootyouroperatingsystemfromtheMiniStation.

Donotleananyobjectagainstthisunit.Itmaycausetheunittomalfunction.

IftheMiniStationisconnectedtoaUSB1.1plug,Windowswilldisplayamessagethata high-

speed USB device is connected to a non high-speed USB hub. Move the MiniStation to a USB 2.0

port for best performance, or click [X] to continue.

YoumayhearsomenoisewhiletheMiniStationisworking,especiallywhileitsbootingor

being accessed. This is normal.

AfterinstallingthedriverfortheMiniStation,severaldevicesareaddedtoDeviceManager.

Display [Device Manager] by following the instructions below:

Windows 7/Vista .........................Click [Start], right-click [Computer], and click [Manage]. When "A program

needs your permission to continue" is displayed, click [Continue] and

click [Device Manager].

Windows XP ...............................Click [Start] and right-click [My Computer].

Forgot your password?

If your MiniStation is in encrypted mode and you forget the password, follow the

procedure below to reset the unit back to itsy default settings.

Note: A Windows computer is required to reset this drive. The Secure LockManager Easy software does not support Mac OS.

Reset to factory defaults

Restoring your drive to factory defaults will erase all data and passwords on the drive. To

access data on an encrypted drive, you must enter the correct password.

After resetting to factory defaults, the drive will be formatted in FAT32. If you want to beabletosaveleslargerthan4GB,reformatthedrivewithNTFSorMacOSextendedafter

resetting to factory defaults.

1 Connect the MiniStation to your Windows PC.

Ifthepasswordvericationscreenisdisplayed,closeit.IfWindowsVistaopensthe

autoplay screen, close it.

2 Click [Start] - [(All) Programs] - [BUFFALO] - [Secure Lock Manager Easy] -

[Secure Lock Manager Easy].

Secure Lock Manager Easy will launch.

Click [Reset to the factory defaults].

1 Connect the MiniStation to your computer.

2 Right-click on [Utility_HD-PXTU2] ( ) in My Computer, and select [Open].

3 Double-clickon[DriveNavi.exe]( ).

click [Continue].

4 Click [Begin Installation].

5 The License Agreement will open. Click [I accept].

TurboCopy uses caching to increase data transfer speeds.

Backup Utility

Backup Utility is software to back up and restore data from your PC. To use, select a source drive

to be backed up and a target location for backup data.

This software controls the MiniStation's encryption features. Use it to enable encryption, set the

password,congureauto-authentication,etc.Encryptionisnotenabledbydefault.

eco Manager

eco Manager for HD lets you put the MiniStation into "sleep" mode to save power.

Picasa

Warnung

Um Schden an Daten zu vermeiden, beachten Sie olgende

Vorsichtsmanahmen:

Kongurieren Sie dieses Gert unter keinen Umstnden als Ziel fr virtuellen Speicher.

Fhren Sie unter keinen Umstnden einen der folgenden Vorgnge aus, whrend die

Daten-LED blinkt:

Trennen des USB-Kabels und Netzkabels

Ausschalten des ComputersVersetzen des Computers in einen energiesparenden Zustand (Bereitschats-, Ruhe-

oder Energiesparmodus)

Abmelden, Anmelden oder Benutzerwechsel

* Bei manchen Computern wird beim Umschalten aus einem energiesparenden Modusmglicherweise ein verzgerter Schreibvorgang angezeigt. Enternen Sie in diesem Fall das Gert,bevor Sie Ihren Computer in den Energiesparmodus versetzen.

* Erlischt die Stromversorgungs/Zugris-LED beim Ausschalten des Computers nicht, trennen Sie das

USB-Kabel von der MiniStation. Ihre Daten sind nicht durch Verschlsselung geschtzt, bis die Netz-LED/Zugris-LED erlischt.

* Der Verschlsselungsmodus ist standardmig deaktiviert. Um Ihre Daten durch Verschlsselung zuschtzen, aktivieren Sie den Verschlsselungsmodus und kongurieren Sie ein Passwort.

* Bewahren Sie Ihr Passwort an einem sicheren Ort au. Wenn Sie Ihr Passwort vergessen, ist keinZugri au Daten mglich, die im Verschlsselungsmodus au dem Lauwerk gespeichert wurden.

* Der Verschlsselungsmodus wird von Macintosh-Computern nicht untersttzt. Damit dieses Gertmit einem Mac verwendet werden kann, dar der Verschlsselungsmodus nicht aktiviert sein.

* Bewahren Sie Ihr Passwort bitte sicher au. Teilen Sie Ihr Passwort niemandem mit.

* Beim ersten Anschlieen des Gerts kann es ca. 20 Sekunden dauern, bis die Stromversorgungs/Zugris-LED aufeuchtet.

* Die maximale Gre einer Datei au einer FAT32-Festplatte betrgt 4 GB. Um grere Dateien zuverwenden, ormatieren Sie das Lauwerk mit NTFS oder Mac OS Extended neu.

* Wenn Sie dieses Gert mit mehreren Partitionen verwenden, ormatieren Sie jedes Volume vordessen Verwendung.

* Wird Mac OS bei angeschlossener MiniStation gestartet, wird das Gert mglicherweise nichterkannt. Ziehen Sie in diesem Fall das USB-Kabel einige Sekunden lang ab und schlieen Sie es dannwieder an.

* Bei manchen Computern kann Windows bei angeschlossenem Gert nicht gestartet werden.Schlieen Sie die MiniStation in diesem Fall erst nach dem Starten des Computers an. Anweisungenzum ndern der BIOS-Einstellungen, um von einer internen Festplatte zu starten, entnehmen Siedem Handbuch Ihres Computers, wenn Sie Ihren Computer bei angeschlossenem Gert ein- oderausschalten mchten.

* Die MiniStation untersttzt Hot-Plug. Sie knnen das USB-Kabel bei eingeschalteter MiniStationund eingeschaltetem PC abziehen oder anschlieen. Ziehen Sie jedoch nie das Kabel ab, wenn dieStromversorgungs/Zugris-LED blinkt, da in diesem Moment au die Daten zugegrien wird. WennSie die MiniStation bei blinkender Stromversorgungs/Zugris-LED trennen, knnen Ihre Datenverloren gehen oder beschdigt werden.

* Inormationen sind den Handbchern zu Ihrem Computer und Ihren Peripheriegerten zuentnehmen.

* Starten Sie Ihr Betriebssystem nicht von der MiniStation aus.

* Lehnen Sie keine Gegenstnde an dieses Gert. Dies kann zur Fehlunktion des Gerts hren.

* Ist die MiniStation mit einem USB-Anschluss 1.1 verbunden, zeigt Windows mglicherweise eineMeldung an, dass ein Hochgeschwindigkeits-USB-Gert an ein Nicht-Hochgeschwindigkeits-USB-Hub angeschlossen wurde. Um eine optimale Leistung zu erzielen, schlieen Sie die MiniStation aneinen USB-Anschluss 2.0 an oder klicken Sie au "X", um ortzuahren.

Passwort vergessen?Bendet sich Ihre MiniStation im Verschlsselungsmodus und Sie haben Ihr Passwortvergessen, hren Sie nacholgende Schritte durch, um das Gert au die werkseitigenStandardeinstellungen zurckzusetzen.Hinweis: Fr die Rcksetzung dieses Lauwerks wird ein Windows-Computer bentigt. Die

Sotware Secure Lock Manager Easy untersttzt das Mac-Betriebssystem nicht.

Rcksetzung au die werkseitigen Standardeinstellungen

Durch das Zurcksetzen des Lauwerks au die Werkseinstellungen werden alle Daten undKennwrter au dem Lauwerk gelscht. Sie mssen das richtige Kennwort eingeben, um au Datenau einem verschlsselten Lauwerk zugreien zu knnen.Nach dem Zurcksetzen au die Werkseinstellungen ist das Lauwerk mit FAT32 ormatiert. WennSie Dateien speichern mchten, die grer sind als 4 GB, mssen Sie das Lauwerk nach demZurcksetzen au die Werkseinstellungen mit NTFS oder Mac OS Extended ormatieren.

Die Rcksetzung ist nun abgeschlossen. Warten Sie, bis die Festplatte erkannt wird. Wird sie nichterkannt, enternen Sie die Festplatte und schlieen Sie sie wieder an.

2 Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste unter Arbeitsplatz au [Utility_HD-PXTU2] ( )

und whlen Sie [nen].

3 Doppelklicken Sie au [DriveNavi.exe] ( ).Der DriveNavigator-Assistent startet.* Wird in Windows Vista die Meldung [Zur Fortsetzung des Programms ist Ihre Zustimmung

erorderlich] angezeigt, klicken Sie au [Weiter].

4 Klicken Sie au [Installation starten].

5 Der Lizenzvertrag wird genet. Klicken Sie au [I accept (Ich stimme zu)].

6 Klicken Sie au [Installation zustzlicher Sotware].

7 Whlen Sie die Zielsotware und klicken Sie au [Installieren].

Der Installationsassistent wird Sie durch die Installation hren.

Optionale Sotware

TurboPC

Mit TurboPC kann die Datenbertragungsgeschwindigkeit r Ihr Bualo-Produkt erhht werden.

TurboCopy

Fr TurboCopy wird ein Cache verwendet, um die Datenbertragungsgeschwindigkeit zu erhhen.

Backup Utility

Backup Utility ist eine Sotware zum Sichern und Wiederherstellen von Daten au Ihrem PC. WhlenSie zum Verwenden dieser Sotware ein zu sicherndes Quelllauwerk sowie ein Zielverzeichnis r dieSicherungsdaten aus.

RAMDISK UtilityDiese Sotware verwendet den Speicher Ihres Computer als virtuelle Festplatte ([RAMDISK[).RAMDISK wird vom Computer als Festplatte erkannt, und Sie knnen darau Datenlese- undDatenschreibvorgnge wie au jeder anderen Festplatte aushren.

Bualo Tools launcher

Mit Bualo Tools Launcher knnen Sie au einache Weise Sotware aus der Bualo-Suite vonDienstprogrammen auruen. Klicken Sie einach au ein Symbol, um das gewnschte Bualo-Tool bzw.

-Dienstprogramm zu starten.


Mit dieser Sotware werden die Verschlsselungsunktionen der MiniStation gesteuert. Verwenden Siedie Sotware r die Aktivierung der Verschlsselung, die Einrichtung des Passworts, die Kongurationder automatischen Authentizierung usw. Die Verschlsselung ist standardmig nicht aktiviert.

eco Manager

Mit dem eco Manager or HD knnen Sie die MiniStation in den Ruhemodus schalten, um Strom zu sparen.

Picasa

Mit Picasa lassen sich digitale Fotos organisieren und bearbeiten.Hinweis: Um digitale Fotos gemeinsam zu nutzen bzw. reizugeben oder um Fotos per E-Mail zu senden,

wird eine Internetverbindung bentigt.

2 Uso recomendado

AdvertenciaPara evitar que se daen los datos, siga estas precauciones:

No confgure nunca esta unidad como destino de memoria virtual.

No realice ninguna de las siguientes acciones cuando el LED de datos est parpadeando:

Desconecte el cable USB o cable de alimentacinApague el ordenadorPonga el ordenador en modo de espera, hibernacin o modo de reposoCierre sesin, inicie sesin o cambie de usuario

* Es posible que algunos ordenadores muestren una escritura demorada cuando vuelven de un estadode ahorro de energa. En tal caso, desconecte la unidad antes de poner el ordenador en modo deahorro de energa.

* Si el LED de alimentacin/acceso no se apaga cuando apaga el ordenador, desconecte el cable USBde la MiniStation. El cirado no proteger los datos hasta que no se apague el LED de encendido/acceso.

* El modo de cirado est desactivado por deecto. Para proteger sus datos con el cirado, active el

modo de cirado y confgure una contrasea.

* Guarde la contrasea en un lugar seguro. Si olvida la contrasea, no podr acceder a los datosguardados en la unidad en modo de cirado.

* El modo de cirado no es compatible con los ordenadores Macintosh. Para utilizar este dispositivocon un Mac, no active el modo de cirado.

* Guarde la contrasea en un lugar seguro. No le de su contrasea a nadie.

* La primera vez que conecte esta unidad, puede tardar aproximadamente 20 segundos antes de queel LED de alimentacin/acceso se encienda.

* El tamao mximo de un archivo en un disco duro FAT 32 es 4 GB. Para trabajar con archivos mayores,reormatee la unidad con NTFS o Mac OS extendido.

* Si utiliza esta unidad con mltiples particiones, ormatee cada volumen antes del uso.

* Si se inicia Mac OS mientras est conectada la MiniStation, es posible que el ordenador no lareconozca. Si esto ocurre, desconecte el cable USB durante unos segundos y, a continuacin,conctelo de nuevo.

* Es posible que algunos ordenadores no inicien Windows mientras est conectada esta unidad. Si esto

Olvid la contrasea?Si la MiniStation est en modo de cirado y ha olvidado la contrasea, siga elprocedimiento de abajo para restablecer la unidad a los valores predeterminados debrica.Nota: Se requiere un ordenador Windows para reiniciar esta unidad. El sotware Secure

Lock Manager Easy no soporta el Mac OS.

Restablecer a los valores predeterminados de brica

Restaurar los ajustes predeterminados de brica de la unidad borrar todos los datos y las contraseasde la unidad. Para acceder a los datos de una unidad cirada, debe introducir la contrasea correcta.

Despus de haber restablecido los ajustes predeterminados de brica, la unidad se ormatear con

FAT32. Si desea guardar archivos que superen los 4 GB, vuelva a ormatear la unidad con ormato NTFSo ormato Mac OS Extendido despus de haber restablecido los ajustes predeterminados de brica.

1 Conecte esta unidad a su ordenador Windows.Si se muestra la pantalla de verifcacin de contrasea, cirrela.Si Windows Vista abre la pantalla de reproduccin automtica, cirrela.

TurboPC

TurboPC puede incrementar la velocidad de transerencia de datos para su producto Bualo.

TurboCopy

TurboCopy utiliza el almacenamiento en cach para incrementar la velocidad de transerencia de datos.

Backup Utility

Backup Utility es un sotware que le permite realizar copias de seguridad y restablecer datos desde suequipo. Para utilizarlo, seleccione una unidad de origen de la que deseerealizar una copia de seguridad y una ubicacin de destino para los datos de la copia de seguridad.

RAMDISK UtilityEste sotware utiliza la memoria de su equipo como una unidad de disco duro virtual RAMDISK. Elequipo reconoce RAMDISK como una unidad de disco duro y puede leer y escribir datos en ste al igualque en otros discos duros.

Bualo Tools Launcher

Bualo Tools Launcher le permite iniciar de orma sencilla sotware desde el paquete de utilidades deBualo. Slo tiene que hacer clic sobre un icono para iniciar una herramienta o utilidad de Bualo.


Este sotware controla las caractersticas de cirado de la MiniStation. selo para activar el cirado,ajustar la contrasea, confgurar la autenticacin automtica, etc. El cirado no est activado por deecto.

eco Manager

Eco Manager or HD le permite poner la MiniStation en modo de reposo para ahorrar energa.

* Le mode cryptage est dsactiv par daut. Pour protger vos donnes par un cryptage, activez le

mode cryptage et confgurez un mot de passe.

* Conservez ce mot de passe dans un endroit sr. Si vous oubliez votre mot de passe, vous ne pourrez

plus accder aux donnes stockes sur le lecteur en mode cryptage.

* Le mode cryptage nest pas pris en charge par les ordinateurs Macintosh. Pour utiliser cet appareil

avec un Mac, nactivez pas le mode cryptage.

* Conservez votre mot de passe dans un endroit sr. Ne donnez votre mot personne.

* La premire ois que vous connectez cette unit, il aut environ 20 secondes avant que le voyant

alimentation/accs sallume.

* La taille maximale dun fchier sur un disque dur FAT 32 est de 4 Go. Pour travailler avec des fchiers de

taille suprieure, reormatez le lecteur selon le systme NTFS ou Mac OS tendu.

Oubli du mot de passe ?Si votre MiniStation est en mode cryptage et que vous oubliiez votre mot de passe,

suivez la procdure ci-dessous pour rinitialiser lunit aux rglages dusine par daut.

Remarque : Il est ncessaire de disposer dun ordinateur Windows pour rinitialiser ce

Rinitialiser les valeurs dusine par dfaut

La rinitialisation de votre disque selon ses paramtres dusine par daut eacera toutes les

donnes et tous les mots de passe prsents sur le disque. Pour accder aux donnes dun disque

crypt, vous devez saisir le mot de passe appropri. Une ois rinitialis selon ses paramtres

dusine par daut, le disque sera ormat au ormat FAT32. Si vous souhaitez pouvoir enregistrer

des fchiers suprieurs 4 Go, reormatez le disque au ormat NTFS ou Mac OS tendu aprs avoir

rinitialis le disque selon ses paramtres par daut.

1 Connectez cette unit votre ordinateur Windows.Si lcran de vrifcation du mot de passe sache, ermez-le.

Si Windows Vista ouvre lcran dexcution automatique, ermez-le.

2 Cliquez sur [Dmarrer] - [(Tous les) Programmes] - [BUFFALO] - [Secure Lock ManagerEasy] - [Secure Lock Manager Easy].

1 Connectez la MiniStation votre ordinateur.

2 Cliquez avec le bouton droit de la souris sur [ Utility_HD-PXTU2 ] ( ) dans Poste detravail et slectionnez [ Ouvrir ].

3 Double-cliquez sur [ DriveNavi.exe ] ( ).Lassistant DriveNavigator dmarre.

* Si le message [ Un programme ncessite votre autorisation pour continuer ] sache dans

Windows Vista, cliquez sur [ Continuer ].

4 Cliquez sur [ Commencer linstallation ].

TurboPC

TurboPC permet daugmenter la vitesse de transert des donnes sur votre produit Bualo.

TurboCopy

Backup Utility

Backup Utility est un logiciel permettant de sauvegarder et de restaurer les donnes de votre PC. Pour

lutiliser, slectionnez un disque source sauvegarder et un emplacement cible pour des donnes de

sauvegarde.

RAMDISK Utility

Ce logiciel utilise la mmoire de votre ordinateur comme disque dur virtuel [ RAMDISK ]. RAMDISK est

reconnu en tant que disque dur par votre ordinateur. Vous pouvez lire et crire des donnes sur

RAMDISK comme sur nimporte quel disque dur.

Bualo Tools Launcher

Bualo Tools Launcher vous permet de lancer acilement les logiciels de la suite dutilitaires Bualo.

Cliquez simplement sur une icne pour lancer loutil ou lutilitaire Bualo associ.


Ce logiciel contrle les onctions de cryptage de la MiniStation. Utilisez-le pour activer le cryptage, dfnir

le mot de passe, confgurer lauthentifcation automatique, etc. Le cryptage nest pas activ par daut.

eco Manager

Le logiciel eco Manager or HD vous permet de mettre la MiniStation en mode veille afn de rduire la

2 Uso consigliato

Avvertenza

Per evitare di danneggiare i dati, prendere le seguenti precauzioni:

Non confgurare mai questa unit come destinazione della memoria virtuale.

Mentre il LED dati lampeggia, non compiere nessuna delle seguenti operazioni:

Scollegare il cavo USB o il cavo di alimentazione

Spegnere il computer

Abilitare per il computer la modalit standby, ibernazione o sospensione

Disconnettersi, accedere o cambiare utente

* possibile che alcuni computer presentino un ritardo nella scrittura al ripristino da una modalitdi risparmio energetico. In questo caso, scollegare lunit prima di abilitare la modalit di risparmioenergetico.

* Se il LED di alimentazione/accesso non si spegne allo spegnimento del computer, scollegare il cavoUSB dalla MiniStation. I dati non sono protetti da crittografa fnch il LED di alimentazione/accesso

non si spegne.* La crittografa disabilitata per impostazione predefnita. Per proteggere i dati con la crittografa,

abilitare la corrispondente modalit e impostare una password.

* Conservare la password in luogo sicuro. Se si dimentica la password, non sar possibile accedere aidati memorizzati sullunit disco in modalit di crittografa.

* La crittografa non supportata sui computer Macintosh. Per utilizzare il dispositivo su un PC Mac,evitare di abilitare la modalit di crittografa.

* Conservare la password al sicuro. Non comunicare la password a nessuno.

* Al primo collegamento dellunit, potrebbero essere necessari 20 secondi prima che il LED dialimentazione/accesso si illumini.

* La dimensione massima di un fle su un disco rigido FAT 32 di 4 GB. Per gestire fle pi grandi,riormattare il disco in NTFS o Mac OS Extended.

* Se si utilizza lunit con pi partizioni, ormattare il singolo volume prima delluso.

* Se si avvia Mac OS mentre la MiniStation collegata, possibile che il computer non la riconosca. Inquesto caso, scollegare il cavo USB per qualche secondo e ricollegarlo.

* In alcuni computer pu accadere che Windows non sia avviato mentre collegata lunit. In tal caso,lasciare scollegata la MiniStation fno al completo riavvio del computer. Se si desidera accendereo spegnere il computer mentre collegata questa unit, consultare il manuale del computer permodifcare le impostazioni del BIOS che permette lavvio da ununit disco rigido interna.

* La MiniStation supporta il collegamento a caldo. possibile collegare o scollegare il cavo USB mentrela MiniStation e il PC sono accesi. Tuttavia, non scollegare mai il cavo mentre il LED di alimentazione/

accesso lampeggia, poich in corso laccesso ai dati. Se si scollega la MiniStation mentre il LED dialimentazione/accesso lampeggia, i dati potrebbero essere danneggiati o andare persi.

* Consultare i manuali del computer e delle perieriche.

* Non avviare il sistema operativo dalla MiniStation.

* Non collocare oggetti sullunit. Potrebbero verifcarsi problemi di unzionamento.

* Se si collega la MiniStation a una porta USB 1.1, in Windows viene visualizzato un messaggioindicante che stato collegato un dispositivo USB ad alta velocit a un hub USB non ad alta velocit.

Spostare il collegamento della MiniStation su una porta USB 2.0 per ottenere migliori prestazioni oare clic su [X] per continuare.

* Durante il unzionamento della MiniStation si potrebbero udire rumori, in particolare in ase di avvioo di accesso ai dati. Si tratta di una situazione normale.

* Dopo aver installato il driver della MiniStation, i vari dispositivi vengono aggiunti in Gestione dispositivi.

Ripristino dei valori predefniti di abbrica

Il ripristino delle impostazioni predefnite dellunit provocher leliminazione di tutti i dati e passwordsullunit.Peraccedere ai dati su ununit crittograata, necessario inserire la password esatta.

Dopo aver reimpostato le impostazioni predefnite, lunit sar ormattata in FAT32.Se sivuolesalvare i fle superiori ai 4 GB, riormattare lunit con NTFS o Mac OS esteso dopoaverripristinato le impostazioni predefnite.

1 Collegare la MiniStation al PC Windows.Se appare la fnestra di verifca password, chiuderla.Se su Windows Vista si apre la fnestra diautoplay, chiuderla.

2 Fare clic su [Start] - [Tutti i programmi] o [Programmi] - [BUFFALO] - [Secure LockManager Easy] - [Secure Lock Manager Easy].
