Printing original BL ( Continuous paper):

P.S.: Before you run the B/L confirm Print program, even if other mode is prepaid for TAP

charges, all prepaid term of charges must to make invoices, you must to make invoice

(“Export Invoice – with S.tax” program or “Ship invoice combine” program) first, and

then you can proceed to print original BL.

You can refer to basic procedure, I will show whole basic workflow in here.

Explanation:

1. select B/L confirm Print.

2. select voyage no and vessel.

3. Select BL no.

4. Press “Save” button.

After you press “Save” button, and then system generate BLs & Attached sheets. Yon can see

below screenshots.

You select printer and paper size is as Afsys.

You select its zoom scale is like as 94%, you can see below screenshots are PDF version

samples.

P.S.: About Paper size issue. **How to setup AFSYS Paper Size, please see below screenshots.

1. start -> settings -> Printers and Faxes

2. File -> Server Properties

3. Create a new form AFSYS sheet, its width is 8.27 inch & its height is 12 inch, then you

click Save Form.
