LDC a) Maintenance of files of allotment of housing units to Tariwada Landslide Victims. b) Maintenance of files of allotment of additional tenements of Tariwada landslide victims & others. c) Maintenance of files of allotment of PAP’s of 4-lane roads from Verna Junction to Sada Junction & Baina. d) Maintenance of Adarshnagar Project file & Saligao Project file. e) Assembly /RTI matters f) Typing/Computer wok g) Any other work assigned by Superiors.

6. Driver a) Maintenance and control of the vehicle attached to the GRB and Log Book b) Distribution of urgent DAK, Correspondence to outside Departments in absence of Peon.

Procedure followed in the Board for Decision making Process

[Section 4 (1) (b) (iii)]

The procedure can be described both narrative form and through

flow process chart. In narrative form the stages through which a proposal passes the levels at which it gets examined and the final authority to which it has to go for approval may be explained.

Officials/Officers As per the work allocation orders issued to the Official/Officers from

time to time the proposals/files are examined and further submitted to the Secretary, GRB.

Secretary Checks the possibilities about implementations, Budgetary provision

etc makes details report and submits the same to the Government. The Secretary is final deciding or

approving authority with in the delegated powers as approved and

sanctioned by the Board Members

Board Wherever there are important policy decision to be taken, the matters are

placed before Board

Manual 4 Norms set by it for the discharge of its functions.

Please provide details of the Norms/Standards set by the department for

execution of various activities/programs.

Normal procedure as per norms and cordial formalities laid down by the

Government is followed while executing activities/programmes i.e proposal

received from various department/office, peoples asking for rehabilitation

under the Rehabilitation schemes for temporary allotment/permanent are

submitted to the Government for administrative approval and decision. The

routine correspondence, Time Bound work etc, received from different

department/offices are of time bound nature which are disposed off within the

given time limit by the Goa Rehabilitation Board.
