1st Mudra is Suha Mudra, hands on knees kept loosely. the knees are the emotional

area related to fear of death and generally human are scared of death. It is bothphysical and also ego death. They are connected to our root chakra, which helps to

connect to Kundalini energy. by chanting the Mantra (any)with hands on the knee helps

to actiate kundalini and erases that fear and clears us .

!nd Mudra called )hati Mudra. "illed with deotion and actiating the heart center

filling with #oe energy erases the negatie emotions adding with the ibrations from

the chanting.
