How to prepare it?

1. Open the jar and drain the excess of olive oil and then,

put in a pan (20 cm of diameter).

2. Start cooking it on low heat to keep the taste and the

texture.

3. Beat 6 eggs in a medium bowl, add some pepper.

Once beaten, mix the preparation with eggs evenly.

Pour into skillet on low heat and turn once or twice.
