• Mannatech pays out a total 42% in commissions and incentives.

• When looking at the compensation plan we found that there was some areas paying non-productive money

• Team Bonus was being used as a targeted amount against product purchase price.

• This did not encourage business growth.

• Unilateral payments were not effectively paying on level 1-5

• All Associates who hold a leadership level of RD or above as at the start of BP8

Who is Automatically opted in to the new Loyalty Program ?

• Any Associate who earns a Team Bonus for the first time from BP8 onwards.

• Any Associate who becomes a leader for the first time from BP8 onwards.

• Any Associate who is not included in the above groups and who ceases to hold an AO as at or after BP8.

• Associates who do not fall in the above category need to choose to opt in
