AIESEC IN HONG KONG ENTERPENEURIAL IMPACT-SEEKING COLLABORATIVE Dear my AIESEC fellows, It is my honor to present you here with my 3 pages 1314 Direction. The direction contains 3 focuses which shall be addressed in the coming session to answer the following very essential questions:
Are we a value-added youth voice in Hong Kong? How relevant is our programs and products to the Hong Kong society?
Are we the first choice partner? Our courage to lead and act is crucial to co-create a better future of AIESEC in Hong Kong! After one year of 1314 and our envision, Every single member of AIESEC in Hong Kong is keen on world issue, leadership and management skills with an entrepreneurial mindset. Our programs and products are highly relevant and have created positive impact to society. AIESEC in Hong Kong connects & empowers youth with collaborative manner in other to be a value-added youth voice in Hong Kong.

A, Develop a specific & unique Membership System • Set up membership criteria
• Have Association Membership System to identify members with high leadership quality potential
B, Establish a High Quality selection panel • Develop selection criteria based on GCM
• Have external trainings conducted by Senior HR Managers to all the selection panel
C, Implement an effective Training Cycle • Have organization knowledge, management and functional area trainings independently integrated with a comprehensive Training Cycle
• Roll out the chat with Leaders Series
D, Develop membership experience & learning Profile • Establish a centralized HR management system for tracking members’ development and engagement

A, Combine AIESEC value with our external market value • Connect with key stakeholders and alumnus of AIESEC in Hong Kong
• Develop a National FLAGSHIP project which aims at enhancing CSR awareness in the society

C, Make positive impact and real change in society • Connect & Empower a massive amount of young people to take our evolution forward with organizations such as JCI HK, Rotary Club of Hong Kong
• Engage actively in policy consultation for youth development of HK

A, Develop EWA phase (Engagement with AIESEC) • Introduce FLAGSHIP project in each LC with high relevance with School policy
• Establish a unified Marketing Strategy of each AIESEC program
B, Enhance the Local Committee relevance with its OWN Campus • Highly interact with Dean of School/Faculty and President of Universities
• Capitalize its OWN uniqueness with
understanding of School direction and resource • Create synergy between LCs with identical LC structure
• Improve National Conference relevance and quality through co-‐hosting conference with LCs
