Thesis

Even from a medical point, prayer is the storehouse medicine of various kinds of diseases. But many people prayer with hurry because many reason. However, they don’t know some benefits of prayer movements. There are some point that should be notice from prayer movements.

Arguments

First, when takbiratul ihram, the chest cavity expands as well as the lungs and the air into the lung. After that, fold our hand above the navel, when we do that, our hand get the best rest and can be spared from joint disease (reumatik), especially in the upper body.

Second, when bowing, the head position straight with the spine. The position of the heart parallel to the brain, so the blood flow much in the middle of the body. Bowing, after that I’tidal and then prostration is good for digestion.

Then, when prostrating, the heart position on top of the brain, so the blood flow that carry much oxygen become smooth to the brain. It influence on people thinking power. Therefore, do prostrations with tuma'ninah, do not be hasty in order to capacity of blood into the brain enough. This posture is also avoid interference hemorrhoids.

After that, salam is like a relaxing face and neck and can keep facial skin firmness. No less importance, this movement prevents from attacks of migraine and other headaches. So, prayer makes our body health.

Based on the advantages of prayer movements, we shouldn’t hurry when we prayer because there are some benefits what can we get from prayer.
