Mandiero’s is the brain child of 4 friends who thought that Trinidad was ready for the Peri Peri experience.
Peri Peri is an African bird’s eye chilli pepper that was mixed into spices by the Portuguese immigrants in Africa during
the 15th Century which led to the creation of the Peri Peri sauce. The combination of tasty but not spicy
marinated Peri Peri chicken alongside our local side dishes would make anyone’s mouth water.
Mandiero’s goal is to provide a fun, relaxing environment where friends, families
and individuals can enjoy a delicious meal.
