The various feedback mechanisms followed in our institution are Subject-wise Students’ Feedback, Feedbackfrom alumni in Alumni meetings and Faculty Performance Appraisal System. Suggestion boxes are used forinstitutional governance.

11. Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students

Meeting with HoD & Staff at regular intervals HoD’s meeting with Principal at regular intervals Meeting with students at regular intervals Class Committee meetings are held in which grievances of students are taken note and, subsequently

remedial measures are taken. Complaints and suggestion boxes are kept at a number of places in the college campus and also in the

boy hostels. HoD/Principal/Director regularly attend these regularly. There is a committee (given below) which will consider the representation from the employees with

regard to grievances, if any, and suggest the possible method of redressal to the management whoseultimate aim is to create a grievanceless – society of employees.
