10.10 Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance/ Faculty Performance
The students are given the opportunity to fill up the specially designed Feedback forms in order to evaluate the performance of their teachers, at the end of every Academic Year.
10.11 Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and student
The students can register their complaints by filling up the complaint forms available at the office and putting them in a Complaint Box kept in the foyer of the polytechnic. The Complaint Box is opened every fortnight. These complaints are then directed to the principal and the necessary action is taken.Formation of the University level Students’ Grievance Committee is in Process.
The faculty and the other staff can register their grievances with the Grievance Committee of S. N. D. T. Women’s University. The Grievance Committee takes necessary action after holding formal meetings with the complainants and verifying the facts.
