Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance / faculty performance

The designated authority in the college conducts the course/ faculty teaching feedback from students at the end of every semester. The compiled data is reviewed and analyzed by the Principal. Principal conveys the feedback to the respective Head of the departments and faculty members. When these feedbacks are discussed, it is expected that the faculty members take the feedback given by students positively, take corrective actions/ make necessary changes to improve the quality and delivery of teaching, after taking necessary approvals and guidance from the HOD/ principal. Also the Principal must take necessary decision and provide necessary guidance regarding improving the quality of teaching on the basis of faculty feedback given by students.

Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students

For any kind of grievance, the students are supposed to inform/discuss the same with the concerned faculty/mentor first. The faculty will take necessary actions to resolve the matter. However, if the grievance is not solved, student can approach the concerned Head of the Department. The HOD will resolve the matter immediately/ asap. However In certain cases, where the matter still stays unresolved, student can approach the Principal. IF the matter still remains unattended/ unsolved the student can appeal to the Management of the college. The college designated authorities must act as per the rules. For any kind of grievance The faculty/ staff in the college are supposed to inform/ discuss the respective Head of the department. If the matter still remains unresolved they can approach the principal. In certain cases if the

matter still remains unresolved, they can appeal to the management of the college.
