MILL DESCRIPTION

The mill has 3 separate cutter/shearing machines , to process scrap plates and convert it to usable raw material. The other form of raw material that can be used for conversion is steel Billets/ Ingots.

This TMT rebar rolling mill, complete with multiple stands having semiautomatic production capacity of about 5,000MT/ Month. The Mill is equipped and attached with re-heating furnace fired by coal/ oil. The furnace is accompanied by a coal pulverizer with dust collection system to process the coal fuel. The Mill is fitted and equipped with electrical motors, starters and auxiliary electrical equipment . Available water quenching along with cooling bed allows proper treatment and surface hardenning of the TMT bars. (LOCAL THERMAX MAKE)

The mill has a unique feature of motor drive from both ends with complete gearbox and pinion stand and additional mill stands, thus one can run two rolling mills simultaneously out of available equipments.

The Rolling mill comes along with complete manufacturing shed of approximately 20,000 sqft covered area, which can be easily dismantled and re- erected at the new location.

2. All lots are ‘site to be cleared basis’. 3. Prices quoted must be valid for this sale event only. VAT/CST & TCS will be applicable. 4. Form "C" is to be deposited in advance; otherwise 3% margin money has to be deposited alongwith material value

towards the security money for Form "C". On receipt of Form "C" from customer, MANAKSIA will refund the 3% security money.

5. Payments: Payment has to be made in 2 equal installments within 10 and 20 days from the date of lot confirmation

6. Price to be quoted ex- KUTCH, GUJARAT exclusive of taxes. 7. Cutting, dismantling, Transportation, loading & unloading is in the scope of the buyer.

1.2 Documentation: The following documents need to be submitted by the bidder interested for participating in the e-Sale to mjunction services limited prior to the date of the e-Sale:

Letter of Interest duly signed and stamped by bidder (attached with this catalogue). Each page of this catalogue to be signed and stamped by the buyer and to be submitted to Mjunction Services Limited.

New bidders (not registered with mjunction) are requested to submit notarized copies of their SOI's before participating in the e Sale.

2. Bidding modalities:

2.1 Price Bid Basis for Online sealed bid/Forward auction: In Rs/Lot. & Rs/MT ( as per Table : 2 ) Price to be quoted is basic, ex- location exclusive of VAT/CST & TCS.

2.2 Type of auction: (Online sealed bid from 12:30pm-1:30pm, followed by a forward auction)

2.3 Bid Validity: Bid shall be valid for TEN (10) days from the date of e-Tender.

Note:

a) L1 will be eliminated from the Online Sealed Bid. Rest of the customers will be allowed to participate in the forward auction. b) If the forward auction is not conducted after the online sealed bid, the H1 price of online sealed bid will be processed for approval. c) If the forward auction is conducted after online sealed bid and if there are no bids in the forward auction the H1 bid of the Online Sealed Bid will be processed for approval. d) Final decision will be taken by MANAKSIA COATED METALS AND INDUSTRIES LIMITED to accept or reject the H1 bid. Mjunction will confirm acceptance to the H1 bid customer only on receipt of clearance/confirmation from MANAKSIA COATED METALS AND INDUSTRIES LIMITED in writing.

3. Payment terms & conditions :

Payment: All payments in form of RTGS are to be deposited directly to MANAKSIA COATED METALS AND INDUSTRIES LIMITED. H1 Buyer will deposit the lot value along with the taxes and duties in the bank details given below.

4. Lifting Terms:

5.1 Lifting time: 20 days from the date of full & final payment.

Note: Lifting will only be permitted after full & final payment including taxes has been submitted by the winning customer. MANAKSIA has obtained the TIN, so they are authorized to collect VAT & generate the way bill to the buyer.

5. Penalties:

The following penalties shall be applicable in the eventuality of a buyer defaulting in adhering to any of the payment or lifting norms.

5.1 The pre bid security deposit shall be recovered from the winning customer in case of failure in making the payment within stipulated time after lot confirmation.

6. Refund

a) For the winning customer, if price is approved the pre bid security will be retained till lifting of all material is completed & successful completion of the contract. b) For non H1 buyers, the pre-bid security will be refunded within 4 working days of receiving the refund request letter on company letter head along with cancelled cheque copy with company seal from the customer.

Buyer with Rank 1 at the time of closure of auction will be declared as winner of the lot.

In case of tie bid, buyer whose bid is received first will be considered as the leading bidder.
