Welcome to the new bpha MyAccount portal1, where you can now log-in and access a whole host of new features and functions to help you manage your account. From your home computer, tablet or smart phone, managing your bpha account online has never been easier. Here are some of the many things that you can do with the new bpha MyAccount portal.

Manage your Profile

Update your personal details

Update your contact details

Request & track repairs

Request a repair

View previously requested repairs

Pay your rent

Request a Rent Payment card

View & print your rent account statements

Make a payment online

Update household details

Notify us of a new household member

Notify us of your intention to leave the property

2 Getting started How to register

Registering to manage your bpha account online is easy and only takes a couple of minutes:1. From www.bpha.org.uk/myaccount page, click the ‘Log-in’ button to

open the portal.

2. Click New User.

3. Enter an email address, password and a memorable word andsubmit your registration.

Managing your account from home

To log-in and manage your account from your home computer:

1. From www.bpha.org.uk/myaccount page, click the ‘Log-in’button to open the portal.

2. Log-in using the email address, password and memorableword that you created when you registered.

3. Use the portal to manage your account, request & trackrepairs and to pay your rent online.

Managing your account on the go

To log-in and manage your account on the go from your tablet or smart phone:

1. FFrom www.bpha.org.uk/myaccount page, clicking the‘Log-in’ button will open the ‘mobile-only’ portal. To visitthe desktop version, click the link on the left.

2. Log-in using your username (email), password andmemorable word that you created when you registered.

3. Use the portal to manage your account, request a repairand to pay your rent online.

Secure Registration

For your security, and to make sure that we can verify your identity, when you register with the bpha ‘MyAccount’ portal, you will be sent an Access Code in the post to the

address that we hold for you.

You will be asked to enter this Access Code when you log-in for the first time

Manage your profile – from here you can update your personal & contact details, and change your password or memorable word.

How does it work?1. Click ‘My Details’ on the side menu bar

2. Select the item you would like to manage

3. Click the ‘Update’ button

4. Enter your new details

5. Click the ‘Update yourdetails’ button to saveyour changes

Manage your tenancy – from here you can update details on who is living with you, and notify us of your intention to leave.

How does it work?1. Click ‘My Tenancy’ on the side

menu bar2

2. Select either ‘add new’ or ‘notify ofleaving’

3. Enter your changes

4. Click the ‘Submit’ button

5. A member of the bpha team willthen check and verify your detailsand get back to you shortly

5 Requesting & tracking repairs

Report and view repairs – from here you can request & track repairs.

How does it work?1. Click ‘Request Repairs’ or ‘Track

Repairs’ on the side menu bar3

2. If you selected ‘Request Repairs’: Follow the onscreen instructions

to enter the details of yourrequired repair.

Click the ‘Submit’ button. A member of the bpha team will

then process your request and get back to you shortly.

3. If you selected ‘My Repairs’ usethe table to see all of the outstandingand completed repairs registeredfor your tenancy

6 Paying your rent

Viewing rent account statements, and paying your rent is easy with the bpha MyAccount portal.

How does it work?1. Click ‘My Account’4 or ‘Online Payment’ on the side menu bar

2. Use the ‘My Account’ option to view & print your rent statements, and to order a Rent Payment Card3. If you selected ‘Online Payment’ simply follow the onscreen instructions to pay your rent quickly and easily online

7 Contact Us

Use the ‘Contact Us’ zone to send us a message, provide feedback or record an incident of anti-social behaviour.

How does it work?1. Click ‘My Messages’; or ‘Anti-Social Behaviour’ or ‘My Feedback’ on the side menu bar2. If you selected ‘My Feedback’, check the ‘compliment’ or ‘complaint’ option3. Type in the details of what you would like to tell us4. Click the ‘Submit’ button5. A member of the bpha team will get back to you shortly

Need assistance?If you have forgotten your password or memorable word, simply click the forgotten details link on the log-in screen. Follow the instructions and click submit. You will then receive your memorable word or a temporary password to your registered email address.
