People of all ages at one time or another will likely suffer from acne. Acne typically affects the face, back, and neck. It happens when glands become clogged and results in pimples. It can be on going and severe, leaving scars that stay when someone becomes an adult.

Some people are more likely to suffer from acne. Those whose parents suffered with acne are likely to face the same issues. People with oily skin that easily gets clogged will have a difficult time avoiding acne. Those who use a lot of cosmetic products on their skin, people who are under a lot of stress, or those who suffer from allergies are more likely to suffer from acne. Skin issues can greatly affect

someones self esteem and confidence levels so it is important to find a way to manage acne. For those

who currently suffer from acne you can try these tips for managing acne to help get the clear skin you desire.

Having clean skin is essential to preventing and reducing acne spots. You can make your own skin cleansing rinse using diluted white vinegar on the areas that are affected by acne. Once applied let it sit for several minutes before rinsing it off with cool water.

Exfoliating your skin helps to remove dead skin and give you the healthy glow you desire. To make your own natural exfoliating product use the same white vinegar combined with lemon juice. This combination will need to be applied for several minutes before being rubbed off with cool water.

In addition to these daily regimens you can help improve your skin by drinking a lot of water. Water will help flush your body of toxins that can lead to skin problems. Aim to drink eight glasses of water a day.

People that eat an unhealthy diet can find themselves prone to skin problems that could have been avoided by eating a healthier diet. Look to include more nutritious food with the right mix of vitamins and minerals in your daily eating. Important vitamins for healthy skin include Vitamin A and Zinc. This will improve your healthy as well as your skin.
