Manager Approval Process The Approval Procedure is the final step in completing an Employee Evaluation which consists of having a 1 to 1 session with employee and submitting the document. 1. Manager shall schedule a 1 on 1 session with the employee to discuss the evaluation. This step is outside of PeopleSoft. 2. From your Email, open the Action Required: Schedule Performance Evaluation...email you received from the Next Level Supervisor and select the 2nd link at the bottom to open evaluation document. 3. Review Comments from Next Level Supervisor and make changes if necessary. 4. Select the Performance Document Detailslink to open the evaluation. 5. Select Available for Review. To allow employee to view the evaluation before 1 on 1 session. 6. Select Mark Review Held”. This will notify the employee that he/she can now add comments and acknowledge it after 1 on 1 session. 7 6 9 8 7. Manager Approval Process

The Approval Procedure is the final step in completing an Employee Evaluation which

consists of having a 1 to 1 session with employee and submitting the document.

1. Manager shall schedule a 1 on 1 session with the employee to discuss the evaluation. This step is outside of PeopleSoft.

2. From your Email, open the “Action Required: Schedule Performance Evaluation...” email you received from the Next Level Supervisor and select the 2nd link at the bottom to open evaluation document.

3. Review Comments from Next Level Supervisor and make changes if necessary.

4. Select the “Performance Document Details” link to open the evaluation.

5. Select Available for Review. To allow employee to view the evaluation before 1 on 1 session.

6. Select “Mark Review Held”. This will notify the employee that he/she can now add comments and acknowledge it after 1 on 1 session.

7. Select “Acknowledge” Only If the employee is unavailable or refuses to acknowledge the evaluation.

9. Finally, Select “Complete” to close the Employee’s Evaluation.
