Hot water immediately available thanks to recirculation: saving water, heat and Energy. (Pat. Pend.)

The reduced size of the unit, that in addition to incorporate all the functions, allow installation near use. The integration of these features with the recycling of the hot sanitary water allows to have an immediate delivery of hot sanitary water with significant savings in energy, water and calories.

Operation An adjustable thermostat connected to a probe placed at the point of dispensing hot water allows to maintain a constant predetermined minimum value of its temperature.

The thermostat has a differential temperature of about 5 ° C., as this value is reached, the thermo-stat operates as follow.

:Series 10 unit, with instant production of hot sanitary water: The thermostat activates the heating pump that circulates the water until it reached the predetermined temperature at the entrance of the heat exchanger.

Series 20 unit, with the management of sanitary hot water storage: The thermostat controls the opening of the thermoelectric valve connected to the accumulation tank via a pipe. The valve in the open position, activates the hot sanitary water pump that circulates the water until restoration of temperature.

When the hot sanitary water has reached the set temperature, the thermostat stops the pump and closes the valve of recirculation.

A check valve allows the flow of hot water recirculation only towards the boiler.

In order to avoid contamination by legionella is sufficient to maintain the boiler temperature at 55 °C.

SAVINGS

1. The energy saving is ensured by the activation of the pump for a short time. 2 . The saving of water is made by the recycled water . 3. The saving of calories is given by the hot water that returns to the accumulation. 4. If the hot sanitary water in the accumulation is eg. at 55 °, but the usage is at 40 ° can be set this value, a low temperature allows a lower dispersion. For units in the version with thermostatic mixer, when the hot water from the pipe passes in the mixing valve will not be mixed, it will be mixed when it arrive from the accumulation.

Modular, easy to install.

The units are composed of three different modules , and variously performed according to their functions and needs of the user, as follows:

1. Management or hot sanitary water and cold water. With termostatic mixer and re cycling of hot water.

2. Management of input primary hot water: Interception, flow regulation, filtration, one-way control of the flow. Flow controller by a motorized ball valve, watertight motor IP65. 3. Interception on boiler's primary flow return: accounting and management of the calories consumed. Flow accumulation with lung before the calorie counter.

Installation note. Connection to pipes can be made by releasing the module from the hardware, unscrewing the screw and then tilt the unit to the tube, screw them. Easier still is. 1. Unscrew the valve and fittings from the module.

2. Unhook the hardware module and move it.

3. Insert the valves in the pipes, tighten the fitting.

4. Screw the fitting of valves and fittings to the module.

5. Hang up the hardware module.

A further advantage of the separate modules: the possibility to position the unit directly on the pipes, compensating for any errors in cutting of them.

Even the isolation is complete and unique.

Instructions.

Leave pipe insulation leaning against the insulating box.

When installation is complete, push back the insulation tube and paste it to insulating box with a touch of suitable adhesive. The insulation of the pipes is all one with the box insulation.

The photo shows the unit SAT16, with recirculation inserted.

Unit SAT20_2

Similar to the SAT20, but with reduced electronic central control.

It manages up to two zones, each one equipped with a motorized ball valve. E.G. an area manages the high temperature for radiators and fan coil and the other the low temperature.

The base zone can handle an unknown number of circuits, both at high and at low temperature controlled by thermoelectric valves driven directly by thermostats.

Or, by using only one zone, a single ball valve that manages both the low and the high temperature. The fluids are then divided into the distribution box. (see page. 9)

NOTE: The drawings show the satellites with fittings for pipes inserted, serve to illustrate the finished product. Fittings are listed separately and are contained in boxes attached to the satellite. They are contained into packs attached to the heat interface unit.

The customer in the order must specify characteristics of the tube and his diameters: internal and external. (see page 13)

NOTE: connectiont to pipes is indicative. Standard connection

is with screwed nuts. Type and diameter of pipe used have to

be expressly indicated on the order. (see page 13)

Example of satellite of page 7 by inserting:

5 manifolds code 700F001X3-4GM4 with manual regulation lockshield,

5 valves code 700F001X3 / 4GM3 with manual adjustment.(see p. 13-14).

The encoding of the collectors specifies:

700 the characteristic of the body connections: double joint connections.

001 is 1”, the diameter of the body.

3-4” is the male screwed derivation for the connection of non screwed tube,

GM3 is the head of the valve, in this case is the manual regulation valve.

Otherwise you can install GM2 with electrothermal heads that can be controlled by a room thermostat .

Production and distribution of water at low temperature for

radiant panels. Consisting of: Adjustable thermostatic mixer D. 1 "with maximum temperature calibrated for the specific use.

Variable flow circulator class A. If the pump is not used, it is replaced by a threaded pipe. Two "T" junction on the supply and return, with two thermometers inserted. Flow regulation inserted on the return to the boiler.

Interception Valves, drain cocks and exhaust vents on the heads.

ELECTRONIC AND ELECTRICAL WIRING BOX

REDUCED ELETRONICAL CONTROL BOX

It can handle up to seven zones or different environments, each indicated by a LED that lights up when the circuit is activated. A LED indicates the presence of electric power and another the activation of the pump in the boiler room. The others the request of warm from the seven zone. Each of the seven commands is equipped with a timer that received the request pulse of heat from a room thermostat, activates the opening of electrothermal valve, but delay the activation pulse of the pump to allow the opening of the valve. The boxes are complete and need only be connected to the distribution network, to various external devices: thermostats or programmable thermostats installed in the rooms, pump and equipment in the boiler room, the thermoelectric valves when placed in a separate environment. The standard box is designed for the management of all the unit with any shape: basic unit, with management and distribution of high and low temperature heating.

The valve is equipped with a motor (with seal water proof IP65) which is operated by an electronic circuit (patented) that allows the user to program it in various ways: management of multiple entries or more outputs to choice. Possibility to use it as a mixing valve, etc.

In the standard version for satellites: heating, cooling, management or production of hot water. Valve connects alternately heating and hot sanitary water production. The request of hot sanitary water is a priority on the heating / cooling. As soon as the request ceased the valve switches to heating, if required. HEAT AND SANITARY WATER COUNTERS

To avoid damage in the construction yard, valves of the collectors are normally delivered as follows.

The satellites are delivered with a extensiontube instead of the counter. The meters are delivered in their original packaging with manufacturer's seals You can also buy the satellites without the meters, and buy them later. In this case ask offer related.

To insert the meter just close the valve, unscrew the nuts, remove the socket, insert the counter, screw the nuts and connect it to the computer network. (See p. 3)

The CIV mounts normally counters SIEMENS and the offer of satellites includes these meters in version via twisted pair, M-BUS. But is available to mount other counters if preferred by the user
