Foundation of the Company The Company has been initiated by Ms. Gurpreet
Kaur along with her dynamic and visionary team in 2008 .
She is a Professional Soft Skills Trainer and a Behavioral Counselor.
She is a Master Trainer with C.B.S.E. The Team “R Trainers & Motivators” has been
involved in the area of Management Training ,Behavioral Modification, Counseling and HRD activities for last seven years.
The team has been involved in the development of Capacity Building Areas in CBSE Schools for last two years.
Why Training & Learning Necessary? To motivate HR for the need based
paradigm shifting. To inculcate positive attitude in the most
important HUMAN CAPITAL. To inculcate the ‘Power of team work’
and other important soft skills among the team members .
To develop the Presentation Skills of the Corporate Human Resource.
To rejuvenate positive behavioral changes in all the important relations.

Ms. Kiranjot Kaur, Consultant at RTM, M.Sc., who is a Dynamic Speaker & a Soft Skills Trainer. She enjoys experience of 20 years as a Dynamic leader, Educationist and a Motivational Speaker.
Er. Punam Rattan, Associate Trainer at RTM; PhD (Scholar), MCA, MBA.Worked as Assistant Professor at PCTE and Lecturer at GNIMT.Vibrant Speaker and thoughtful writer.
Ms. Reema Grover-M.Ed, B.Ed, M.A( English)-Young and Dynamic Principal from Royal Convent Sr. Sec. School, Moga who has excellent Communication and Leadership Skills.
