Contract Projects in EBS need Project Customer(s) Agreement(s) Funding Project from Agreement(s)
In EBS, this is performed in three different screens, but can be a cumbersome process

Step 1: Select Customer(s) a. Click Add Customer to open new row
b. Click Dropdown Arrow to open customer search
c. Fill out rest of customer info with LOVs and dropdowns
d. Specify Default Top Task if Top Task Customer is enabled
The Client is immediately available to define Agreements

Step 2: Define New Agreement…
c. Select Client from dropdown (setup in step 1)
a. Click Add to Open New Row d. Enter rest of the agreement information
Agreement is immediately available to Fund Project
b. Select “Yes” to specify New Agreement

c. Select Client from dropdown (setup in step 1)
a. Click Add to Open New Row e. Enter rest of the agreement information
Agreement is immediately available to Fund Project
b. Select “No” to specify existing Agreement

c. Select Project Level or Top Task number to fund
