Las tapas son fundi-das a presiòn en unaaleaciòn de aluminiode alta resistencia, eleje en acero C45 conanillo. El grado de pro-teccìon es IP23 (a pe-dido es posible reali-zar un grado de pro-teccìon superior).Los aislamientos sonde clase H y los reve-stimientos están im-pregnados de resinade epóxido tropicali-zado.La prodiccìon de seriesatisface la normativaVDE 0875 grado “K” ylos requisitos esencia-les de seguridad im-puestos por la direc-tiva europea sobre lacompatibilidad electro-magnética; la confor-midad con esta ultimaestà garantizada porla aplicaciòn de lasnormas europeas EN61000-6-3, EN61000-6-1.

Les flasques sont enaluminium coulé àhaute resistance, l’ar-bre est en acier C45avec rondelle de blo-quage. Le grade deprotection est IP23(sur demande, il estpossible de réaliser ungrade de protectionsupérieure). -) Introducir el tirante cen-tral en su lugar (fig. 3).-) Isujete el tirante centralaplicando en la tuerca M8un par de torque de 217%Nm; vuelva a montar lasredecillas de protección la-terales y la reijla de cierreposterior, aplicando a lostornillos M5 un par de tor-que de 3,5 ±7% Nm (fig.4).

-) bloccare l’alternatore sulcoperchio fissando i quattrodadi M8 sui tiranti, appli-cando una coppia di pari a16±7% Nm (fig. 2).

-) inserire il tirante centralenella sua sede (fig.3).-) bloccare il tirante centraleapplicando sul dado M8una coppia di serraggiopari a 21±7% Nm; rimon-tare le retine di protezionelaterali e la griglia di chiu-sura posteriore applicandosulle viti M5 una coppia diserraggio pari a 3,5±7%Nm (fig. 4).

MECHANISCHERANSCHLUßBei Anschluß eines Gene-rators der Serie T16F mitBauform B3/B9 müssen diefolgenden Anweisungenbefolgt werden:

-) den vorderen Deckel aufden Motor setzen und ihnmit Hilfe der entsprechen-den Schrauben und einemAnzugsmoment von48±7% Nm festziehen,wenn Schrauben M10verwendet werden, oderaber mit einem Anzugsmo-ment von 21±7% Nm beiVerwendung von Schrau-ben M8 (Abb. 1).-) Den Umwandler auf demDeckel befestigen und ihnmit Hilfe der vier MutternM8 an den Zugstangen be-festingen bei Aufbringen ei-nes Anzugsmoments von16 ± 7% Nm (Abb. 2).-) Die mittlere Zungstangein ihrem Sitz einstecken(Abb. 3).-) die mittlere Zugstangeblockieren und hierfür einAnzugsmoment von 21 ±7% Nm auf die SchraubMutter aufbringen; die sei-tlichen Schutzgitter sowiedas hintere Abschlußrostwieder aufsetzen und hier-für ein Anzugsmoment von3,5 ±7% Nm auf dieSchrauben M5 aufbringen(Abb. 4).

IMPORTANCIA DELA VELOCIDADLa frecuencia y la ten-sion dependen de lavelocidad de rotacion.Esta debe ser mante-nida lo mas constanteposible en su valor no-minal sea cual sea.Generalmente el si-stema de regulacionde los motores termi-cos es tal que existeuna diferencia de ve-locidad entre vacio ycarga. Recomenda-mos regular la veloci-dad sin carga a un3÷4 % por encima dela velocidad nominal,por hacer a pienocarga la velocidad.

REGULACION DELA TENSION EN VA-CIOPara la regulacion dela tension en vacio setendra que ajustar elentrehierro del tran-sformador de regula-cion de la siguientemanera:-a) regular la veloci-dad del motor en va-cio a aproximadaenteun 4% mas de la velo-cidad nominal;

REGLAGE DE LATENSION A VIDEAfin de régler la ten-sion à vide, il faut agirsur l’entrefer du tran-sformateur de régula-tion de la manière sui-vante :

-a) Régler la vitessedu moteur à vide envi-ron 4% au-dessus dela vitesse nominale.

Tengase pre-sente que con unacarga equilibrada nor-malmente se obtieneuna sobreelevacionde la tension quepuede llegar, en elcaso de maquina fria,hasta + 5% con cos ϕ0.8 y hasta al +10%con cos ϕ 1. De todasformas, tales sobree-levaciones de tensionse reducen de la mitaddentro de los primeros10 minutos de funcio-namiento del genera-dor.En caso se desee re-ducir la tension se de-bera remover unaespira por columna enel transformador verifi-cando, cada vez , si elnuevo valor de la ten-sion generada es sati-sfactorio. En caso nolo sea, repetir la ope-racion hasta obtenerel valor deseado.

Consejos utiles:Independientementedel factor de potenciay de las diferencias enlos rpm del motor pri-mero, para una menordiferencia de tensionentre vacio y en cargase aconseja poner lamaquina bajo carga,regular la velocidadhasta obtener la ten-sion deseada, quitar lacarga y regular la ten-sion ajustando el en-trehierro.

Diese Erhöhun-gen der Spannung re-duzieren sich dann in-nerhalb 10 MinutenLaufzeit auf die Hälfteihres Wertes.Falls egal bei welchemSpannungswert eineAbsenkung der Span-nung gewünscht wird,kann durch abwickelnvon einer Windung,gleichmäßig an jederSpule, ein entspre-chender Wert realisiertwerden. Nach Über-prüfung der Spannungmuss gegebenenfallsder Vorgang wie-derholt werden um einzufriedenstellendesErgebnis zu bekom-men.

Bemerkung :Um den Unterschiedzwischen Last- undLeerlaufspannung zureduzieren, unabhän-gig von cosphi undDrehzahlunterschie-den, belasten Sie dengenerator und stellenSie die Geschwin-digkeit so ein bis diegewünschte Span-nung vorhanden ist;Last abklemmen unddie Spannung mittelsLuftspalt einstellen.

-b)Appliquer pendantquelques secondesune charge équiva-lente de 30% de lavitesse nominale.

RÉGLAGE DE LATENSION EN PLEINECHARGE :Pour le réglage de latension à pleinecharge, il est possibled’agir sur le nombredes spires “2” du tran-sformateur de régula-tion. Il est à noter qu’a-vec une charge équili-brée, une augmenta-tion de la tension peutalors se produire, etce, dans le cas d’unemachine froide, ju-squ’à +5% avec uncos ϕ 0.8 et jusqu’à+10% avec un cos j de1. Cette surtension seréduit cependant aubout de 10 minutes defonctionnement de l’al-ternateur.Dans le cas ou l’ondésire diminuer la ten-sion, il faudra enleverune spire par secteurdu transformateur, envérifiant successive-ment si la nouvelle va-leur de la tension débi-tée en charge soit sati-sfaisante. Dans le casou cela ne le seraitpas, répéter l’opéra-tion jusqu’à ce que l’onobtienne la valeur dé-sirée.

Conseils utiles :Pour un écart mini-mum de tension entrepleine charge et àvide, indépendam-ment du facteur depuissance et de l’écartde vitesse du moteurd’entraînement, il fautmettre la machine encharge, régler la vi-tesse jusqu’à obtenirla tension désirée,supprimer la charge etrégler la tension enajustant l’entrefer.

Such voltage in-creases, however,drop down to half theirvalue within the initial10 minutes of the alter-nator’s operation.At any rate, if a voltagedecrease is desired, awire turn per eachtransformer columnwill need to be remo-ved and then the vol-tage output will needto be checked to befound satisfactory; incase it is not so, onemust repeat this ope-ration until the desiredvoltage value is rea-ched.

Recommendations :to reduce the diffe-rence between loadand no-load voltage,independently ofpower factor and RPMdifferences, first loadthe machine, adjustspeed until you obtainthe desired voltage,remove the load, andregulate voltage byadjusting the air gap.

REGOLAZIONEDELLA TENSIONE ACARICOPer la regolazionedella tensione a caricoè possibile agire sulnumero delle spire “2”del trasformatore di re-golazione. Si tengapresente che con uncarico equilibrato si hanormalmente una so-praelevazione dellatensione che può arri-vare, nel caso di mac-china fredda, fino al+5% con cos ϕ 0.8 efino al + 10 % con cosϕ 1. Tali sopraeleva-zioni di tensione si ri-ducono comunque ametà entro i primi 10minuti di funziona-mento del generatore.Qualora si voglia dimi-nuire la tensione si do-vrà togliere una spiraper colonna dal tra-sformatore verificandosuccessivamente se ilnuovo valore della ten-sione erogata a caricosia soddisfacente.Qualora non lo fosse,ripetere l’operazionefino a che non vieneraggiunto il valore de-siderato.

Consigli utili :per un minore scartodi tensione tra vuoto ecarico indipendente-mente dal fattore dipotenza e dallo scartodi giri del motoreprimo, bisogna met-tere la macchina a ca-rico, regolare la velo-cità fino ad ottenere latensione voluta, disin-serire il carico e rego-lare la tensioneagendo sul traferro.

Nel caso in cui il gene-ratore non si autoecci-tasse, occorrerà riec-citarlo applicando peralcuni istanti all’uscitadel ponte raddrizzanteuna tensione continuadi 10÷50 Vdc avendocura di rispettare le po-larità (rosso +, verde-).

VERIFICA DEI DIODICon un ohmmetrocontrollare ogni sin-golo diodo che dovràindicare continuità inun solo senso; oppurecon una pila e unalampadina, invertendola polarità della pila, lalampadina si deve ac-cendere in un solosenso come da figura.

AMecc alte garantiza la buenaconstruccion y calidad de losproprios productos por 24 me-ses desde la fecha de salidade sus fabricas o de sus filia-les.

BDurante disho periodo la MeccAlte se obliga a reparar o susti-tuir a su cargo, en su estableci-miento todas acquallas piezasque hubieran sido averiadas,sin hacerse cargo de otro tipode danos, directos o indirec-tos.

CLa decision acerca del recono-cimiento de garantia esta re-servada exclusivamente a laMecc Alte, previo examen delas partes averiadas que de-beran permanecer en puertofranco o en su propia sede deVicenza.DTodos los eventuales gastosde transporte, viaje, transferen-cia o mano de obra, para eldesmontaje y nuevo montaje,del alternador o elemento ac-cionante seran siempre acargo del usuario.

ELa garantia caduca si duranteel periodo descrito se produje-ran las siguientes anomalias:

1almacenaje en lugar inade-cuado;

2reparacion o modificacion porpersonal no autorizado porMecc Alte;

3utilizacion o condiciones demanuntencion que contraven-gan las normas establecidaspor Mecc Alte;

4sobrecarga o empleo en pre-staciones distintas de aquellaspara las que ha estado sumini-strado.

La garantia cesa igualmenteen el momento que el clientesea moroso de pago, cual-quiera que sea la razon.

WARRANTY

AMecc Alte warrants the goodmanufacture and quality of allits products for 24 months,starting from the time of ship-ment from our factories or ourbranches.

BDuring said period Mecc Alteobliges to repair replace at itscost, at its works, all thoseparts which failed without anyother liability of any type, director indirect.

CThe decision for warranty ap-proval is Mecc Alte’s exclusiveright and subject to a previousexamination of the failed partswhich are to be forwarded fobMecc Alte Italy for analysis.

DAll the eventual expenses con-cerning travel, board, transport,and labour for assembly/disas-sembly of alternator from thedrive unit are always at theuser’s charge.

EThe warranty shall be void ifduring the above describedperiod the following anomaliesshould occur:1inadeguate storage;

2repair or modification byunauthorized personnel;

3use or maintenance conditionswhich do not conform whithnorms established by MeccAlte;

4overload or application otherthan what the product was me-ant for.

Warranty coverage also expi-res whenever the client, forwhatever reason, is late in pay-ment.

ELa garanzia decade se du-rante il periodo predetto, i pro-dotti fossero:

1immagazzinati in luogo nonadatto;

2riparati o modificati da perso-nale non autorizzato dallaMecc Alte;

3usati o sottoposti a manuten-zione non in base alle normestabilite dalla Mecc Alte;

4sovraccaricati o impiegati inprestazioni diverse da quelleper le quali sono stati forniti.

La garanzia cessa comunquequalora il cliente fosse inadem-piente nei pagamenti per qua-lunque ragione.
