Oversee company outings, trips, events etc. Oversee quarterly communication meetings for all employees. Manage and implement Reward and Recognition programmes. Handle employee grievance and disciplinary procedures and escalate them to the respective TL’s and PL’s and management.

Conduct Exit interviews, prepare termination letters, manage the entire termination process run through resignation checklist of items belonging to the organization.

Create and maintain Employee Handbook and updates. Provide necessary support and advice to the employees on the various benefits plan and claim process.

1. Processing selected candidates with the Saudi Medical.

2. If candidates are from Labor categories then after medical (if they are medical fit) MOFA

(Ministry of Foreign Affairs) is to be done. If they are on Engineer category then their

Degree needs attestation (it includes the HRD + MEA & SAUDI EMBASSY).

3. VISA (Visa International Service Association) has done by the Saudi Consulate.

4. Last Process is to issue ticket and deploys the candidate from Mumbai to Saudi

Company (for which candidate got selected).

Coordinating with the clients via mails and Official call.

Sending weekly status report to the client regarding selected candidates.

Maintaining master sheet to keep track of current status of candidates. Ideal time of closure of assignments by HR Executive was maximum 1 Month.
