Pvc&PtfeShades

The material used in the membrane

structures is a special type of fabric obtained

by wowened the fibres which are the main

carriers of the membrane cover. Acrylic,

PVDF (fluorine), non-weldable PVDF (100%

fluorine) lacquer layer can be preferred in

PVC coatings according to the feature of the

used progeny.

Alternatively, membranes coated with

a Nano-technological TiO2 layer can be

used. This TiO2 layer is not a lacquer but

a separate layer made on PVC. It contains

active (photocatalytic) components with the

sun’s rays and keeps the white onion coming

out for years. This lacquering makes the life

span of the Membrane more than 20 years.

EtfeSystems

ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene) is a

fluoropolymer-based material.

It is an item that is utilized as a part of

present day arcitectural because of its light

transparency and very less weight. It is

normally designed as 2 layers, 3 layers, as

inflatable airbags, now and again as single

layer.

ETFE material is thin and lightweight. Roughly

1% weight of glass, with excellent weather

stability, high transparency and little diffused

light,and self-cleaning property.
