pop your window sticker up so it’s visible too.(Don’t forget to clean the window, or it won’t stick.)

…and in your Special Place

These days, most folk want to see everything before they decide where to stay. To swell your bookings, make sure you have lots of gorgeous photographs. Good photos boost your chances of being featured in the media, too, as we can’t

put you forward without them.

You can have 20 photos in your gallery, so make sure you have photos of every room, as well as of the garden, from a variety of angles. A photo of you would be interesting to guests, too!

from Alec, our Photo Editor

1 Beautiful shots impress guests – so use a proper camera, not a mobile phone! Better still, arrange for a professional photographer to take photos for you.

2 Choose a sunny day – or whenever the light is best, but for garden and outdoor shots choose early morning or evening.

3 Send us seasonal photos – so you can arrange your gallery to suit the time of year.

4 Take landscape shots (where the photo is wider than it is tall).

5 Make sure each photo is larger than 1MB in size – and just send us the un-edited originals.

Our Photo Team are experts in editing your photos, including improving the light levels and colour, and carefully

selecting those that will be most enticing to guests.
