• Visit member.vitality.co.uk and click register

• Enter your Vitality number, which you’ll find on your welcome letter

• Finally, complete your online Health Review

You’re now ready to start using the Member Zone and benefiting from everything PruHealth and the Vitality programme has to offer.

You can also view your hospital list. We recommend you check this list if you need to make a claim so you know which hospitals you have access to.

You can submit a claim online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week which means that you can claim at a time that suits you. We’ll aim to get back to you by midday of the next working day.


Vitality is our healthy living rewards programme that’s proven to help you get healthierThe programme is based around three simple steps and through it we:

1. help you understand and improve your health

2. make it cheaper and easier to get healthy

3. reward you for doing healthy things

What are Vitality points?

We help you track your progress by giving you points for doing healthy things. As you take part in Vitality you’ll earn points. The more Vitality points you earn in a plan year, the higher your Vitality status will be.

Everyone starts at Bronze status and then by earning points you’ll progress to Silver, Gold and finally Platinum. The higher your Vitality status, the bigger the rewards you could receive.


Understand how healthy you are by taking the online Health ReviewAS SOON AS YOU’VE REGISTERED ON THE MEMBER ZONE YOU CAN START EARNING VITALITY POINTS.

The first thing you’ll need to do is complete your Health Review, and once you have, we’ll give you 100 Vitality points to start you off.

We help you understand your health

We’ll use what you tell us to set you some goals, suggest partners to help you achieve them and give you extra Vitality points when you complete them.

Once you’ve completed your Health Review, we’ll also give you your VITALITY AGE. This will give you an idea of how healthy you are in relation to your current age.

Know your numbers and get rewarded

You can also have a Vitality Healthcheck with our pharmacy network which will involve a number of measurements including your blood pressure, cholesterol and blood glucose to help you understand your health.
