• Established August 1996 as an IT and Business Recruitment Company

• Engineering formed in 2000 to meet client demand

• Set up RPO service in 2002 (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)

• Formed ARM Training Division in April 2004, offering clients diverse training solutions

• Set up ARM Consulting in 2009

• Turnover 2010 approaching £80M
