New Site Collection Limit

As more and more teams embrace the breadth of capabilities offered in SharePoint Online across team sites,

Office 365 Video and portal sites, their content storage requirements

are growing.

The SharePoint Online site collection storage limit will increase in the

coming weeks from 1 TB to 25 TB.


• Previous versions of SharePoint did not support uploading or downloading files larger than 2,047 MB. SharePoint 2016 now allows you to upload or download larger files.
